I'm not really too crazy about the 2-2-2 configuration on aircraft cos I usually get disturbed from the other passenger whenever I'm sleeping and the want to get by to go to the liu or just walk around. I also have this issue on Emirates too since both the A388 and 77W are also 2-3-2. Unless it's a Turkish Boeing 789, A350, or even a A330, I don't really mind flying on it since it's a 1-2-1 configuration.

Don't care about lack of alcohol. Where Kuwait Airways doesn't work as well is its route map across the sub-continent. Of the two cities I usually fly to, Qatar and Oman are the only ones that go to both. Or I need to go Air India for a seamless transfer. If Kuwait increased their route map and fares remain and we're ever allowed to fly again, I'd fly.

I hate Kuwait, I spent 4 months there at camp buehring. It's a 119F everyday starting in late may. Iv been to Kuwait city twice and the local citizens there are racist. They see American soldiers as 2nd class citizens and just bypass you in line and dont acknowledge your presence. Maybe next time we'll let there city we flatten and there wealth taken.

Another nice video thank you. I have a question and that is, is it better to have a seat in the middle of the plane rather than the two window seats, to save climbing over the other person. The reason Im asking is Im taking the business class route from Heathrow to The Philippines, via Kuwait in June. Cheers Paul

I landed iml Kuwait international with my m4A1 and M9 and we had to help the foreign workers unload our bags onto trucks. We totally skipped going inside and instead were taken on buses to camp buehring with all our bags and guns.

Long way from the early 2000s. Back then Kuwait airport was a dump. Much improved. Skytrax is full of nasty stuff about KU. But they have improved. I flew an A300 600 on this route some years back. The food and drinks were.

That is the problem with dictator countries. They don't want you to see stuff that is inappropriate that is why they force you to shut your window blinds. I would have refused if I was on that flight.

I think I would have been arrested, handcuffed or barred from flying with them ever again but, my window blind would have been open. Who do they think is looking in? Ahhh, it just occurred to me.

I really do respect the effort kuwait airways has done I think I can compare it to Emirates and Qatar and now I think that they can proudly say that their one of the best airlines in the world

Flew Saudia and Royal Brunei which are also dry airlines and was very much impressed, If someone cant stand few hours without booze, then he has a big problem and is simply alcohol addict.

Kuwait Airways appears to have a superb product on its Boeing 777s and I think Skytrax should upgrade the airline from a Three star airline to a Four Star one.
