Be better if Indigo Air had more respect for. The new recruits. You let them use the services to get home book flights back to Delhi. but when time to come back sell their seat to someone else with more cash. Strand them in an air port to fend for themselves. How is that good business. If you don't take care of you employees why should they give their all back to a company where money is more important the their employees security? Right now Indigo Air is the last air line I would trust with my safety. I' d pay a bit more to the competition if they guarantee my safety and that of their air and ground crews

Indigo is the best budget airlines for Fare only n rest of the things is very poor in Indigo like seat comfort, log room, onboard food n many more things, indigo serve only forzen Long storage food's on board exclude sandwich compared to other budget carrier in India specially Spice jet bcoz Spice jet always serve hot n fresh foods n even best seat comfort n good leg room on board n spice max excellent options for those who need to travel comfort n relaxe.

Ive been travelling with Indigo for the past 10 years and never had a bad experience (maybe few delayed ones which is fine)
the staff is friendly, always assist you
washrooms are clean and theres enough legroom space
take offs and landings are always smooth and comfortable
I was able to travel to singapore, dubai and maldives with Indigo
I hope more international flights with indigo opens up in the future

Hey Noel, just to let you know. engines take a while if the air temp is at or above 40 degrees, they need to be motored to cool them for 2 minutes to get the temperatures down. Then a gap of 15s then start. In addition with quick turn around times the residual temperature from the previous flight makes the cooling cycle even more. you being an avgeek thought youd like to know.

Spice is a tricky airline. They were super bad but then they kind of bounced back after the management was handed over to the first owners. They do offer a better booked meal service than Indigo. Indigo is dependable, Spice may not be. On an average they hardly matter when you're a weekly Delhi Mumbai passenger. You go for the cheaper tickets tbh.

Very bad experience with indigo airline. the staff lack of manners and full of attidude. especially when you are foreigner. they need to improve their customer care and personel. i understand they are low cost airline. but i have travel in many of them. but indigo need to improve specially the indigo workers on the counter at the airport.

the outside temperature remains above 25 and frequent flight increases the temperature so they need to motored to cool down before next flight. this is normal in warm counties.

Well India is Democracy with Mixed Economy! and IndiGo is Private Company. so they can very well recruit only Women or if they want only Men. not just airlines most of companies across all industries recruit mostly Women for customer care at reception desks

spicejet is one of the worst flights i have flown through in the past which include air india, vistara, jet airways, air asia and go air, although air asia and go air give tough competition to spicejet as to who has a worse experience.

Spicejet is not that awful to be honest. I prefer flying with Spicejet because their food is better than other low cost carriers and they use 737s, which I prefer more than A320s. Other than Spicejet I prefer Vistara.

Spice jet is as good/bad as Idigo. The only difference being IndiGo has more planes and that makes a huge difference.

I have travelled on SpiceJet on numerous occasions. Didn't face any issues whatsoever. Additional SpiceMax & SpiceBiz options on SpiceJet sets them apart from Indigo.
