Just How Bad are AEROFLOT These Days? Wanderful: I really wanted to like this airline. But when the pandemic hit and I received an email from them that I was entitled to a full refund I called customer support and they refused to refund me. When I told the customer support lady I wanted to speak to her supervisor, she said not possible. I argued with her for 10 minutes before she put me on hold and then eventually hung up on me. They had been games playing me for months with the same BS until I just did a credit card chargeback. The airline is too sketchy for me to ever want to book through again.

I flew with Aeroflot back in time. Approximately 2 years ago when tickets on my route were cheaper. Now it worth to fly with 2 transits, instead of 1 but from I would say Aeroflot has quite a good service on interninternational routes and their catering is slightly better than even AF or KLM. I am relatively big (195 cm guy, so I could tell Aeroflot legroom is also good. It was A320 to Moscow and B738 to REN. The same story on my flight back and also BUD - ICN via SVO with A330 to Korea. Was nice.

I've flown Aeroflot a number of times - London to Moscow plus Moscow to Vladivostok, Irkutsk and several other cities. Every flight has been comfortable, n time, with great food, drink, entertainment and plenty of seat space. I'm at the back of the cabin in economy and I'm 6ft 4inches. The flight crew have always been courteous, pleasant and efficient. I've flown with many other airlines and in my opinion Aeroflot ranks as one of the very best.

The starter looked amazing. As you said you received great service. Over looked to be a decent product. Given the price you paid, could it have been better, yes, and by better I mean if Claridges, or the Connaught designed their in-flight service. Cabin could use a refreshing, and the orange uniforms, though cheery, dont convey much gravitas. Again, possible Armani or Chanel could design the uniforms.

The Aeroflot is the best airline ever. Used so many in my life and may compare with others, Business class seats are the same as a others airlines have, no matter they are European or American. Very clean and fresh. Food are excellent and water+ juices, coffee, tea, snacks are available entire flying. Service excellent. Feel very bad that this time I unable to use Aeroflot service.

I would find it pretty annoying if the person next to me was talking to a camera the whole flight.
( btw: what do you do if you have to use the restroom and the guy next to you is laying down sleeping )
HEY! Wake the hell up >>>> I just ate some bad fish!

5: 45 Its a good looking plane but the livery not so much nowadays. Etihads geometric tail designs and Breeze Airways are head and shoulders above pretty much anyone else in my eyes. La Compagnie is nice too and would make an interesting video!

I remember reading articles years back about their crews being forced at times to ask passengers for funds to pay towards parts etc because no one would give them anything without being paid first anymore. Does anyone else remember that?

NIGHTMARE to get a refund, they cancelled 2 of my flights and tried to offer me vouchers, took months to get refund and only was possible through my bank, for this reason I will NEVER fly Aeroflot!

How much can you piss off the guy next you? He didnt look at all happy - In fairness, neither would I sitting up front listening to continous gibbering. Informative, and pleasant, video though.

Sir, is it customary to tip the flight attendant if they were extra attentive? Do you think that in some cultures that might be considered rude or an insult?

That view of the Dutch coastline at 12. 09 is just amazing, you can see from roughly Haarlem to beyond Texel, one of the reasons why I still love to fly.

Excellent video, but I wonder what it would be like on their Ilyushin jet. On a 777 can't really go wrong, but their equipment might be different story.

Co-starring Ivan the Terrible, who was obviously not happy about being on camera. (I hope he was at least reimbursed the cost of his flight)

I live in Perth, Western Australia and I find it amazing the flight from Perth to Sydney is longer than the flight from London to Moscow.

Doing an exchange to Moscow sounds brilliant.
I never got the chance to do an exchange but the only option if I was given it was Paris

Forty quid a night for that hotel room is pretty cheap! It's only a shame you need to be gouged for the flight to get there.

Noel you should feel honored that you seem to have been flooded with a lot of comments that don't seem totally, erm legit/genuine.

Nice to see Aeroflot has a great product to offer in business class. You didn't have to fight the babushkas like in Uzbekistan LOL

A very unpleasant man tells in an unpleasant way unpleasant things about a very pleasant airline with most pleasant cabin crew
