I often think that the point of view that the BBC and others especially the USA portray of such countries as Pakistan and India etc are entirely jaded - Ive been in asia on and off for 50 years actually I was in India when I was 18 (overland) and now im retired in Thailand, the world has developed, it's magical, and it's not all beggars, ragged clothes, tooting rickshaws in a foggy soup with dirty views. STOP WATCHING land-based broadcasters they are SICK and I am sick to death of them - thanks for this insight video - travel on dude! By the way in Thaialnd we call car grease JELLABEE! so funny its food I love.

That commercial had me laughing so hard I almost fell off the bed! Rachel: What are you DOING! Noel: Oh I'm using me weed whacker! When you are old like me you get nose hairs and ear hairs and this helps! Rachel: well you are using it outside in the rain! Don't do that! proceeds to push Noel in the pool ROFLOL! The food to me didn't look that appetizing. But of course I am picky as I can't eat really spicy food. The rice looked good though! But that meal you had before you boarded the plane-looked like something I had yesterday that repeated on me! ROFLOL!

The stadium is the national football stadium, it was designed for the saudi bid for the olympics which didnt go anywhere as they didint want womens events in the past. Originally it was to be built on the west side of the city, where the olympic village was planned, but when the bid failed that land was soon used to build wonderful palaces for the Royal family. The stadiem was then constructed where you had seen it today.

Great stadium that Noel - visionary roof design at the time. Remember flying over it as a kid. We rode in the cockpit on Saudia in the early 90s. Someone will correct me but thought it was their bid at the olympics but that feels like a bit of an urban myth.

man never have these chatnis from out door such places will give you stomach cramps if your stomach is not used to it! the tour guide should have known better not to let him have or servie him chatnis! :O just simpme samosas would have been better on its own

Hi noel i noticed you had water from a glass you should always drink a unopened bottle water as the open water you drink in your tea, coffee or on its own is the same water they use in the loo nasty so always ask for bothle water.

Noel just a bit of advice if unare finding something spicy reach for milk water especially room temperature will open the pours in your mouth making things in fact spicier

The only reason of being emerate and qatar are better then sereen airlines is that they serve alcohol as Pakistanis air lines don't serve alcohols
