I've been watch Rick Steves on PBS for many years and have ALWAYS enjoyed it! This is even better! Thanks so much for taking the time to make these videos. My wife and I are dreaming of taking a trip and would love to know which is the ultimate favorite route to take to the most beautiful places. She wants to take a month. I owe her that much as we have never taken a vacation in the 17 years we have been married. I'm a workaholic and she has put up with it for far to long! Any suggestions would be highly appreciated! I love her and she deserves a romantic vacation filled with beauty! Thanks in advance!

My wife and I will be traveling to Italy next month for 10 days. It will be my first time crossing the Atlantic. We are so much looking forward to our trip. I have never heard of Rick Steves until about a month ago. I can honestly say that after watching all these travel talks from the Rick Steves archives on YouTube has been extraordinarily helpful to me. Just want to say Thank You to all that work for Rick Steves and gives people like me the ins and outs of what to do and what not to do while on our trip experiencing the Italian culture.

A prolific Speaker, I'd buy a bridge from Cameron and ask Congress to name it after me! This well-informed, witty gentleman has a legendary grip on all his life-long, worldly experiences and I'm definitely posting this video on all Wednesdays and Saturdays---The Lottery Drawings days. Increasingly in some European locations, no advanced bookings or special passes will allow visitors to beat the long SECURITY lines. The only way around this would be to go 1 hour before opening (with your pre-bought ticket) and be among the first in line or go in rainy weather or go in the low months (January, February, November.
