Yes the Sasquatch is real and they actually speak they have some form of basic language. In 1981 on a camping trip into the green swamp two of them came in the middle of the night. It woke me up and I listened to the two of them whistle and talk weird words to each other. There was one on each side of our tent about 75 feet back into the scrub. We were miles and miles from civilization and the only way in there is by canoe. We had trouble finding a dry spot to pitch the tent. It was NOT humans. We cooked and I believe he smell of meat brought them in to investigate. Oh the bastards stole my toilet paper roll during the night. I had it slid over a tree branch so it had to be removed. They also pushed our canoe around. Thank God they didn't set it adrift we would have been sooo screwed to get back to civilization. Then in June this year on our remote property in the Mark Twain Forest we were sleeping in a box trailer and one came and circled our trailer. We put down rocks for a driveway and he couldn't hide the sound of his steps in the rocks. Now it gets weird. I said Hey Sasquatch push the trailer and the trailer rocked from being pushed side to side. Not a lot but it definitely moved. Throughout the next night an owl sat in the tree behind the trailer and hooted like so many times. I finally said Shut Up and not another hoot the whole night. I think it was not an owl but the Sasquatch mimicking an owl. Call me crazy I don't care I know they are real creatures and they are not animals like we think about animals.

I've never seen a Sasquatch. however let me tell you a truth from my mom about our Great Grand Dad known to us as Daddy Paw here in Mississippi. a State that is not known for any related creatures such as Big Foot however. now, please under stand, my great grand dad had no internet back in his day, maybe an occasional news paper. no real Television to see such claims. he owned a good piece of property, and was know to Hide out the Famous Bonnie and Clyde at one time. and he saw a creature that my mom said that he referred to as The Tree Man. His stature was human like, very hairy and was in no way mistaken for a bear. I asked my mom to clarify what she meant as The Tree Man. she said Sasquatch. and said. and to this day as far as I know it is true. my great grand dad never went back to those woods again. Now, do I believe such a claim as this. no. but my Mom did and because I respect her, I tell this story as best I can.

Yeah, we call it a maul over here in Nova Scotia, Canada. There are a few different types, one with wood splitting levers on the sides of the blade, special shapes, and just a simple steel wedge and 8 pound sledge (or maul, the source of the name) We split a lot of gnarled wood with the sledge and wedge, but the ax maul can be used to split a lot of wood, and used as a wedge. I spent my teen years splitting wood for dad, and after trying them all, a simple ax is best, with a sledge and wedge for really twisted and gnarled trunks. The worst part about the ax maul, the weight, is also the best thing. A bad swing can cause a lot of problems for the one using it.

I remember quite a few years ago when we lived on our farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands my Dad would stand at the door when smoking. One day it had snowed but then went clear at night and the moon was extra bright so it seemed. Now my dad isn't scared of anything but something went down our lane right in front of our house and he couldn't tell what it was but it was big, he went straight back in. I thought he was having us on, but in the morning we went out and found tracks and they went in to our yard and in between the cow sheds. The space between each paw print was big so whatever it was, it was large. We'll never know what it was

Never seen a yeti, but 15 years ago I was confronted by what was remarkably like a puma whilst cycling along the old railway cycle track behind Penshaw Monument near Sunderland in Tyne and Wear. It emerged out of an adjoining field walked 20 yards along the cycle path, saw me, and bolted into the opposite field. In 1977 Lord Lambton closed down Lambton Lion Park, where he had loads of exotic animals e. g, lions elephants, monkeys, giraffes, etc, and where did this Lion Park lie, it backed onto the old railway track. Coincidence, or did many of the animals escape, or released, after the exotic animal laws came into being in 1977/8?

Been watching you guys for years, it's amazing what you've accomplished. And you guys taught me to fish, from scratch - Cheers Graeme: ) Brilliant content. I have a backpacker pen rod that I hope to make good use of soon. They're great to just throw in a rucksack. I have a question for you sage fellas. Bit of a weird one. I have loaded a spool with braid, but I (foolishly) neglected advice to tape the inner surface to stop the braid from slipping. Now I want to remove the braid to add some tape but want to retain the line rather than waste it if possible, then re-spool it. And advice you guys can give me to carry this out?

Hey guys ive moved over from taf to watch bushcraft and the big cat talk peaked my interest. years back i saw a big cat, well twice as big as domestic anyway, and i know what i saw. it looked like a lynx when i researched it and found out that most sightings are seen at lay line junctions or something and fair enough i got an old map out and where i saw this cat was on one of these junctions. bigfoot i doubt but i know that i saw a big sandy white color cat with big bushy tail and small head but large ears. ill be happy for any reasearcher to take info on where i spotted this animal. interesting topic totaly.

There are new species being discovered all the time and there are still so many places on our planet that have yet to be explored by man. I think it is possible there are other bipedal species out there. We just haven't found and killed them yet. The thing that bothers me about Big Foot, Mermaids, Nessie and all the others is that, despite so many people now walking around with a high quality camera (in the form of their mobile phone) the number of documented cases for these creatures has not increased. Odd that.

I have been watching your videos for sometime now and enjoy them. As to your question about big foot sightings. I am 71 years old and have spent a great deal of my life in the outdoors and I am still active. I have never seen any evidence of this so called creature. There is evidence and fossils of creatures from thousands of years ago but not of big foot. Therefore, I seriously doubt its existence. Although, I have heard sound that I can not identify.
