Watching this video made me miss my Dad so much more. Yes I'm a girl, but that didn't matter to him. He still taught me all those great things that he would of taught a boy, including anything and everything that I would need to know about cars. This video brought tears to my eyes, tears of joy for all the great memories that I have with my Dad. It's so wonderful to see how much you and your Dad love each other. Keep making these beautiful memories, because when he is no longer on this Earth, you will always have these happy memories and these beautiful videos. I'm sorry for this long comment, I just feel so sad right now and really wish my Dad was here with me. I wouldn't feel so alone and I would have him to talk to. Stay safe my friend.

I wish I had a good place to build me a camp like this but I have no where secluded enough to do something like this and I don t want to spend my time building up a nice Bushcraft camp like this only to come back to it later to find it completely destroyed. wish I owned a big peace of wooded property to do this on and to hunt on too. I have a feeling the time will come where a lot of us end up living in Bushcraft camps deep in the sticks

I have to say one thing, spend everyday with your father because he is one hell of a guy. My father passed away and 94 years old. I was never that close to him until the last 23 years because of life. We never did that much together, I was 19 years old when I moved out and got married. He always worked and so did I. I wish we had the same thing are you and your father has. Okay me wrong because some good things.

Out of sheer curiosity is this on someone's private landbecause in California I can't imagine anywhere on public land they let you cut down all those trees and build a shelter, I'm not trying to judge I'm just really curious because every time I see people build a shelter by cutting trees or cutting fallen trees kind of makes me jealous that I can't play in the woods 2

That scene of you walking down the wooded path at about 17: 00 was epic! This was a great video to me, as this is much like how I spend my time in the outdoors. Lots of fishing, cooking and camping. Thank you for this, it really hit home, especially during this shelter in place time we live in. Keep on keep'n on!

it would be so much more interesting to have an idea of where you are. No specifics, just a quadrant of a state would be helpful. Geography is important, a sense of place matters. just sayin'! 5 minutes later. I read ALL of the text below your video, thanks! I see that you are in Greece.

I love watching all of your videos. They're so artfully done, with education thrown in at tasteful times. Other bushcraft shows either show you how to do it and don't show you how it feels to live, or they show you everything and teach you nothing. Thank you!

One of your best videos I have seen. Our ancestors would have used char punk and not char cloth to start a flint and steel fire, not a piece of expensive cloth or clothing, I think? That is if they even had a piece of cotton.
