I've stayed at this hotel before. The level of hospitality has been superb, and the decor somehow makes you feel at home. The Scarfes Bar is amazing, and I loved it. However, I honestly find this place to be quite haunting, and it somehow makes me feel like the white girl in the horror movie.

I must say, on the out side its a very impressive place, -like Imperial, but on the in side hm. it feels like a apt building on some ave in Manhattan NY, lux - yes but not the LUX, it has that sad fell to it, in compare this to that Pace-hotel in Venice.

Well a market at the enterance and that too crowded, a dog or two in the lobby plus some chirping sound of the birds. I dont know, its kind of weird for a high class luxury hotel. But in terms of liveliness and energy it can be a possitive thing.

No problem with the dog - the market made the entrance look untidy and didnt create a great 1st impression if you arrived in the middle of it - why are people so upset about the dog? U can catch worse from many humans than you will from a dog

It seems okay. honestly in the U. S you can find better hotels for 1/5 the price (the room in this video goes for 1800 GDP aka 2500 USD a night. I can think of a few hotels in the U. S that ran 300 USD a night that looked more appealing.

It's just just something people say, 'Londons most expensive / luxurious hotel', quite often the rich will stay in the most expensive rooms, simply because of the price, regardless of its features, it's a statement thing

Yes, the Rosewood is a luxury hotel but not IMO the best in London. The Corinthia I feel, is better for a large hotel and the intimate Lanesborough is in a world of it's own - it's what true luxury is all about.

That hotel would do nicely for me, real modern luxury and luxury is something which the modern world often misinterprets (usually substituting blandness and/or expense. Gorgeous film.

i dont like titles like the best this. the most that. is very subjective. the same with the st. regis istanbul. its safe not the most most luxurious hotel in tthe city.
