CDT 2018: Steamboat Springs to Wyoming. The trail gets a little more serene as Dixie pushes to the Wyoming border. Sierra: Absolutely loved this video! I section hiked from Encampment to Steamboat, where I used to live, and was disappointed not to have passed you. Think you got through this section about three days later. But how cool to see the same scenery through a different perspective. I certainly enjoyed relaxing in the same spot at that water source, what a treat that was! Thanks for all the advise and gear knowledge you share, it helped me prep for my section hike, and is helping me plan my Colorado CDT hike next summer!

I watched you walk barefoot in the water and noticed that's one hardcore hiker tan! Those white feet though! :)
I thought the coyotes were going to run through your tent! They sounded so close! We had a coyote scramble right behind us as we stopped for some vitamin I. It was a so cool I'm gonna poop myself moment.

Colorado is my favorite state right behind Alaska. To tell the truth I have found something I love about every state I have gotten to explore. Love your videos. Sure hope I can video document my hikes as good as you two.

Dixie, as if anything could make you look any better, I think that cap looks really great on ya! Good Southern gray look and matches your pack! Amazing how beautiful you can keep yourself after months on the trail!

I really enjoy your thru-hike videos. You should really consider doing the Great Divide trail in Canada after the CDT. The GDT is a lot shorter and continues right after the CDT through BC and Alberta in Canada.

This is/was an epic first hike for Aaron and he seems like a very cool person to hike with. Can't wait t see what the other states bring you all given the water in NM and the storms in Colorado 14: 30

oh man that stampede was the funniest moment of all your videos. It just kept going. Laughed way to hard at that moment. Thank you for capturing our little CDT section as well! - steamboat resident
