How crp. That would drive me mad. The whole point of small, light cars, is that they should be fun to drive. Why are manufacturers fitting such crp steering systems to cars nowadays, it seems to have become worryingly common.
With no heat pump for the battery (it doesn't have one, battery life will be poor, at best. Depreciation will be savage, so it's debatable whether you actually save any money by buying such a cheap car.
The battery capacity is ridiculously low, at 27 kWh, 25 kWh usable. That's the kind of battery capacity I would expect to find in a hybrid, with a petrol engine, not in a full bev. Good for approx 100 miles, perhaps, but much less in winter.

My three year old Honda e is about the same price. I'll keep the Honda! I thought the same a few years ago after running a new i10, followed by a ten year old fiesta. The fiesta was far better.

If governments really gave a crap about the environment, they would be pushing these, not 2. 5t garbage cans. But we know its all bs.

This car makes a lot of sense and satisfies the requirements of many. Whether people want to admit it and buy one is another thing but the price should help persuade them

I expected more really. You can pick up a 62/59kWh Leaf for about 15-16k with double the range, better charging, more space, and features
