how much throttle u need in a awd compared to rwd and fwd ( when u already sliding and trying to correct and exit. i think in fwd u can even flat out to straighten out, and in rwd u need some throttle so as the front tires dont grip violently and unexpectedly. can u even apply some 10-15% brake in awd to stop the rotation and then back to gas to exit the slide?

Great video! Always good to know the limits of the all-wheel drive systems. Perhaps try not to apply dab of oppo, and stay with positive lock, to continue the drift when the oversteer happens, for most, if not all, AWD systems will proportion more power to the front axle to try to mitigate the oversteer.

Every single time i see the dash in the new Golf it annoys me. Its like who ever made the screen didnt talk to the person who made the hole for it and they had to stick a plastic strip round it to fill in the gap.

Dude you suck at driving. Clearly didnt understand how to get that car to stay in drift. Straightening the wheel way too much instead of throwing in more counter and correctional steer. Bad review. Dislike.

The true question is: Can it do long distance drift on a dry road at fast speed. ?
Because nobody will buy this car to make it slip on a wet closed skid pan.

In drift mode the dashboard should be red. It looks to me that this was the race mode. (You could change the ambient lighting to blue for every mode but I don't think that this was the case)

Good God, that looks dull. All that effort to fail to make a very powerful car interactive and fun. We've definitely got past -peak fun- in the motoring world.

Isn-t drifting where you going thro a corner or connecting a sequence of corners going sideways.
To me this is testing power sliding capability.
