very bad video, you lost almost a second drifting around with M3,
maybe a better driver could have decreased the times of 1 second each. and if the video is real, you lift the gas before end line, that is not fare.
civic probably has the best chassis for this track, but this comparison is not real.

A couple of tenths not much is it, doesn't matter in Day to Day driving either, and, you shouldn't be driving like a loon on the Public Roads too, all in all its a pointless excercise, unless you do track Days, don't mind or can afford to a set of new Boots for your pride and joy, a few tenths might matter then.

Hahahahahaha. - all the crying fan boys! You can make all the excuses you want to make: the Honda was still quicker than the BMW and the Audi. The Type R -shouldn't- beat either of those cars. That's the point. Get over it! We should be celebrating the fact that the underdog (the cheaper, 'inferior' car) won!

It is too close to tell. You have to get 3 laps and take the best time due to human error. Just like a drag race and launch. M3 if money wasn-t- a factor. Type R is a great car. Had 2 Civic Si and loved it.

For all the haters go check nurburgring times. Where each manufacturer can hire any racing driver they can afford to set a time. Civic is a beast on a track. So go cry in a corner and except reality.

Thing is - put Michelin-s and not those awful P Zeros on the RS3 and the understeer is so significantly reduced it wouldn-t surprise me if it beat both of these. Tyres matter so much.

I always thought certain Honda owners are the worse types of fanboys, but when I thought that I likely forgot the BMW ones existed. Yes a Honda beat a BMW; deal with it.

sorry People but this is a M4 and no M3. Because only the m4 has the twinturbo and the M3 not. If nobody belives me everybody can search the engines of both.

That point two of a second was the driver drifting the back end of the bmw out. Am sure he cudda got faster lap times. One lap doesn't prove anything
