I'll definitely give a thumbs up for the XC90 T8. I pulled up beside one at traffic lights last year on my motorbike (modern litre Superbike, on my way home from a morning blast. I wasn't paying any attention to him - but clearly he was, as when the lights went green. he was gone! By the time I realised what just happened, I had to go full throttle and took me to click in to third by the time I finally passed him. A car that size should NOT be that fast. I was impressed!

It hadn't really occurred to me but hybridisation has added a surprising degree of performance to quite a few very ordinary cars. I remember the press being impressed with the performance of the Lexus GS450h and commenting that someday in the future hybrids will not just be for economy, but performance, too. I suspect the writer would have been surprised how right he was.

This was just tragic. C3 Aircross? When you had to go 20 years back in time to find something minutely impressive to compare with, you know you're way off. This was outrageously tragic. What a ridiculous attempt at creating content. That's it, I'm unsubscribing. Wish you all the best.

Don't see the point in comparing modern cars to cars of yesteryear. In order for a car to be a sleeper it has to have subdued styling and be fast for today. Only 3 or 4 cars from this list qualify for me.

Rubbish. There are only two sleepers in this video. The rest are just dull cars which are as slow and unexciting as they look.
