Im about to go on a trip and i thought id try and figure out why i have intermittent cruise control issues on my 1997 buick. It works for about 20-30 minutes and then suddenly stops. For long trips that makes for long cramps. probably not the same issue as the video, but i found the information entertaining and useful to say the least. Who knows. buick isn't exactly known for quality, it might be the same issue.
Also, I thought snap-on was supposed to be the primo, cream of the crop? What happened to those days?

awesome TY. This must be the issue on my 02 lesabre, It was working fine until I removed the throttle body. I noticed that cable wasn't as tight when I reconnected it so that's gotta be it.
p. s. the reason it had such a hard pull was because you were trying to open the throttle from the fully closed position. normally the throttle would already be partially open when you engage the CC and even then it doesn't actually pull, it just holds a static position which is much easier than pulling.

I was just curious do you have a Q&A session also mm 2005 Buick LeSabre I looked at the reviews and I've heard some people swear by these cars being so reliable. but I've also heard a lot of mechanics say they're keeping pieces of crap what's your opinion is it a car that you would buy I've just heard mixed reviews some people say they're perfect some people say they just have a lot of issues

Mine stopped working and I replaced the cruise control switch and wire. Battery was disconnected and when I put every thing back together it took a while to
Engage but then my cruise lights started working until the next morning when I started driving it it just stopped working again.

Have a Question Abs light came on had it scan 3 times 3 different shops all told me no codes found I also disconnected battery and waited 20 mins then reconnected and still come on when I drive, 1998 Buick lesabre Custom, Great video thanks for your time.

the one thing that got my attention re: sticking throttle, is that to set cruise the throttle would be open past the sticking point since the car's at 25-30 at least. No? yes?

2002 Grand Am Gt No Cruise. That's the first thing I checked. cable was fine. checked all fuses. next thing I'm gonna do is change the brake switch! I hope that works!

Hey what's up man I have a 2001 Dodge Durango with a 4. 7 and a cruise control is not working and I replace the vacuum line for that one. Not working what you think it is
