Having had the last 3 or 4 of my vehicles Grand Caravan or Town & country (2003, 2005, 2011, they have some pretty weird problems. I have found green wires on the bottom of the power module, rear ac leaking, and the latest the power doors on the 2011 open then close by them self at full open. I called the dealership about the doors and was told they have no idea why they do that and have no idea how to fix it but they can re-flash the computer and see it that fixes it at a pretty hefty cost to do
that. I guess the part that pisses me off royally the survise department knows about these inherent problems (yes all ga-gillion of them) and just out & out lye to you if you call & ask about the problem like saying we don't know of them doing this. (&(%&%&& Chrysler. You may ask why I have had many Chrysler/ Dodge vans if I know they are really screwed up, my wonderful brother has given me them when he gets a new/used vehicles. Being on a small fixed income I am grateful to have such a loving family.

Thanks for the video. Nice job! I previously had watched you video on a Pacifica drivers low beam not working because of a bad ground. I had an issue with the drivers high beam not working. Also a missing ground. Also my cruise control was not working, although the cruise lights did come on, and window washer not working. Had a shop run another ground cable for the headlight and cruise and the windshield washer all worked again! But, your video gave me the answer. Unfortunately I could not find a good wiring diagram on line. Ugh. Thanks! Love your videos!

Get out that tube of DEOXIT, which you introduced me to. Just what the connection stabs cry for. great job. When I was over whelmed with multiple alarms, or electrical problems, I found it best, fix what problems I knew were easily traceable. Many times when I fixed that, many other problems would disappear. Sort of how you handled the horn circuit. As always, Great Job, Rick.

I would bet your bippy, if one of the garages that send you work had that job they would have put a new PM in it for sure, and i think i remember you working on that car also, because i own a dodge Caravan, and i pay attention to videos when you work on Mopar's, you can save me a lot of time, and money, thank you.

You do excellent work. I watch all of your videos. I said to myself when you started that it had a bad ground. Knowing that grounds are a problem, why didnt you go to that ground area first and look at them? This made an excellent video for troubleshooting, but took a lot of time from your business.

I find it disturbing that an hour after repairing and putting an 8 pin connector on the front harness in my truck this video pops up as recommended. Kind of like how i went and bought a flap disc from home depot and an hour later i started getting ads on Facebook for sanding discs.

I had found 5 bad TIPMs. all 5 had mediocre to bad grounds, repaired grounds, replaced modules. that was 8 yrs ago and they are still out and about with same my installed TIPMs.
That being said, wondering if the stealing of grounds, in them, is actually making them fail.

I have to wonder, why not pull the relay and test the ground at the connector right away to see if it's intermittent? Same result but this would let you know a tad faster. No criticism meant at all btw. EDIT: Damnit this video is like 5 yrs old.

I used to work farm equipment, and my test light was sometimes a long way from the controls. I used a 12 volt beeper, used on a motorcycle turn signal, in place of the light. With the beeper connected I could hear when the connection was good.
