Buick LeSabre: MAF Sensor Diagnosis - Follow-Up

In a previous video I diagnosed this Buick LeSabre as having a bad MAF sensor. The new part has arived and now we pop it in and look at the new data. Cuba's: Good demonstration of the scope! Not enough out there yet. This is also a basic use, and should be easily applied to any scope. Trick is to start on basic components like this, get comfortable with setup, adjusting time bases, etc. Known good components is also recommended, so you know what good looks like.
Scope tip ALWAYS hook your ground lead 1st. Just in case something isn't connected right, this may save your scope or PC.

Damn you Eric O, Now I have to buy more gadgets for my toolbox! Acupuncture probes. I bought one of those Test lights with the curly red cord. But mine lights red or Green for polarity and even displays the actual Voltage! Next, maybe a clamp on for my Oscope. LOL

Good follow up. I think its extremely important to post live scope readings like this. Our field is lacking in its understanding of scope usage and what we expect to see. I still get confused on things and like seeing known good stuff. Thank you!

That was interesting to see the difference on a different scanner although at first when your were taping on I thought it was the new one. I then realized you we're just showing the reading on peco vs the vantage anyways nicely done.
