I have a bought a couple sets of those General AltiMAX RT43 tires based on your mention of them some years ago. That specific tire is GREAT in Midwest winters. A family member now also runs them. I bought another one lately, as I ordered a full sized steel wheel for a spare and set it up with a brand new General. Sweet tires at any price.

It was nice to see other perspective around SMA's headquarters.
Question, since this vehicle had 33. 7K miles on it and has been on the road 3-4 years. What is the life expectancy on a set of factory installed brake pads and rotors? Already got 8 years 1 month 7 days out of them on my DD, but want to get to 10 years.

To borrow a phrase from the movie Crocodile Dundee. That's not a brake test route. THIS is a brake test route. You have to search Audi R8 stolen Newcastle. You will see the greatest real life hammering of a sports car in the suburbs ever at the hands of a no good car thief.

You know you're treating your customers right when they inform you that you're not charging enough.
I had the same issue when I was in business. It's the curse of small business where your reputation is worth more than making tons of money.

I must be getting old because I am starting to hate technology. Wouldn't it be much less expensive to just keep the pull handle for the parking brake? When I was out shopping for a new car recently I avoided any that had the electronic parking brake.

How many SMA brake job videos have I watched now? All of them! Why do I keep watching? Eric O of course! You never know what he is going to say next. And occasionally I learn something new, like how to set the electronic E brake to maintenance mode.

Lather your interior down with Mother's VLR (not a sponsor) and you'll never need an air freshener again. Gives a more genuine new car small, and it doesn't burn your nostrils like black ice does when getting into the car

My local indy in London UK charges a labour rate of the equivalent of 135 per hour. They are very good at what they do and they are very, very busy even at those prices. Main dealers charge about 160 ph.
