I have a look at a Buick Lucerne that has a customer complaint of a no codes misfire. Mostly on cold starts. Little: Thank you for another video to add to my confidence. I am doing the intake manifold gaskets on my triton 4. 6 next week, plug hole 5 is full of coolant from the intake manifold under the thermostat.
Take care, love the videos. Have you used the Stabilant 22 I sent you?

Eric, I know this is a long shot but any chance you could hook me up with one of the SMA full zip up hoodies? (Of course I ll pay, I just can t find it anywhere on your merch website. I m a garage mechanic and would love to rep SMA here in Phoenix, Arizona. I ve lived in upstate NY, (Allegany county to be exact) so watching your videos with test driving around town brings back lots of memories. Looks very familiar!

That HUM thingie seem to be some 4g connected verizon diagnostic tool so the codes may or may not have been erased before u got ur hands on the car.
Though at first it was one of them kinesium fuelsavers that basicly do nothing but turns on a led or some tuning box that tricks the ecu to inject more fuel and thought this was gonna be another 3rd party rant.

Looks like the first job should have used some die electric grease when they replaced the ignition wire set and plugs. Not so sure why they wouldn't since its rather usual to do that.
Question however, AC, Motorcraft, Champion, NGK etc. Which ones have the least problems on GM vehicles? Which ones would an independent shop use if the customer had no input?

Wish I could like more than once.
Working on cars for 31 years, and i've never seen carbon tracking on any of my plugs or wires. Heard of it, never seen it, until just now.
Maybe it's because I'm Mopar guy (not a mitsu mopar, or a mercedes mopar, but real Mopar) and I only ever deal with Champion plugs.

Ok as a Southerner I have to ask. if your going to drive there (North) in the Salt Tundra. Why wouldn't you get a Water Sprayer for the under the car. Poke holes in your Garden hose. Lay it in the driveway. Turn it on. and drive over it.

I ve been looking out for carbon tracking since before I started to drive, because that s what they tell you to look out for, never seen it, dozens of buggered HT leads though, and it s got worse since carbon leads.

The lightning whirler box was shooting bolts down the lightning hose to that bad spark-a-lator. Sometimes a guy just needs to look for himself, Sounds like Eric's been watching Derek over at Vice Grip Garage! LoL

The scanner screens don't like your digits because they can't sense your touch through the calluses that you developed counting all the money you've made ripping people off. Yeah, we know how you are Obrocha.
