The Audi A1 is a premium supermini that's both well built and handsome to look at. Mat gets behind the wheel to give you his verdict Peter: Ive owned my A1 TDi Sport, for nearly three years, and its been a magnificent car.
Ive had no issues with it, and due to its incredible build quality, still looks almost new.
It was not a cheap car to buy new, but which Audi is affordable.
It has met all my expectations in the Audi brand, and i hope to keep it for some considerable time.

A car for people that love life and don't look at stereotypes. Who aren't satisfied with cheap plastic and find the Polo too bland and can afford it. Small Audis, wake me up for it! The best supermini EVER! This showed the world that cars don't have to look and feel cheap and also have quality in smaller segment.

The format of delivery is confusing. It breaks the context. -Click up there to watch out. -. no. I want to watch one video, make two version - a 5 minute summary and an extended 15 minute detailed review. But don't break it into pieces and ask me to chase those pieces.

Am I the only one who like the way they separate the video? So I dont need to spend more time on things I'm not interested to know. Plus, in my opinion watching this video is enough if all you want is quick preview / summary of the car.

I really wish car reviewers would lift the rear head restraints before putting the seats down. Its the head restraints that stop folding rear seats from lying completely flat. If you lift them up they will be flat!

The A1 with the s-line suspension is stiff and it makes the car fun, you can throw the car around in a backroad. It is amazing how much grip it has and it is a lot of fun, even with the smalles engine

One of the only superminis that can fit two large adults in the back is the Jazz. Of course, they don't do a punchy Jazz. Come to think about it, the Jazz might be roomier than the Civic.

Never been a fan of the A1. Way too expensive for what it is. I'd rather have a Ford Fiesta. Much nicer to drive, more practical and excellent value. Badge snobs however, walk this way.

Remapped my 1. 6 TDI to 152 horsepower, installed Eibach springs, Bilstein shocks & I eat any Mini/Fiesta for lunch (excluding JCW and ST versions, but they aren't too far from it.

Not much fun? I have a 2. 0 tdi sline black edition and have plenty of fun in it, tons of grunt out of the corners and a 0-60 of 8 secs is not to shabby either: )
