I love the new design of the Honda Civic! However, I can't stand the hatchback versions rear for some reason. I think it's the taillights. By the way, I'm an American (mock if you must) so the Civic's sold here looks a bit different. Also, I envy Europe's selection of vehicles. European cars have better handling and interiors-- hands down. I wish Peugeot, Vauxhall, Citroen, Renault and the like were sold in the US. Especially the Renault Megane. Even vehicle manufacturers whom sell in the US hold back some of their cars i. e VW scirocco, polo and others. I've honestly thought about moving to Europe for many reasons including the vehicles. Europeans are far more enlightened and cultured. I feel out of place here I'm not loud nor obese nor am I right-wing politically. I'm a social democrat. So European car manufacturers-- bring some cars across the Atlantic or you'll have a blunt American on your continent.

Test drove this car a few weeks ago, and now I'm obsessing over it until I can get one! True about the R button though, turns the car into a bouncy kidney destroyer.
However, found the side spoilers to get in the way of trying to get into the car, I will patiently wait for the 2017 model. The images and -concepts- show a much less aggressive looking car, which is more modeled after the new Civic look, coming hopefully with the Android Auto/Apple CarPlay head unit from the new Civic. That to me will make that car flawless!

you are going to look like a right tool driving this monstrosity. look at it. all those flares vents spoilers etc may be functional but it just looks like its being dragged off the accessories and styling pages found in the back of Max Power magazine. the darker the colour the better. so you cant see all the add ons so easily. terrible even if it does have 100bhp more than the old bread van.

While i like its design (sort of, those tiny little wheels look utterly ridiculous and completely lost in the civic's rather tall bulky frame.
It's one of those things i just couldn't live with. It just looks like an old mans car thats responded to steroids BADLY.

at the start, rip headphone users. I was at 6 sound ( windows 10. Maybe that makes a difference) with JVC super sound headphones and it was SOOOO loud! By the way, carwow, i know that you will not see me, but if you do, i want a Seat ALTEA xl review!

don't compare to focus. by the time this comes to America it's bound to get a few changes. grantee one thing. it's a sporty honda. power will be the last thing on your mind but the passion and laupgh out loud vetec fun will be.

You look like a fireman with that red seat belt, grey top and yellow pants. Honestly, if it's a sports car it should only have 2 doors. Honda should jack it up to make a SUV AWD version to give it more versatility.

good recive guys. type r all the way Ford are no way as good as hondas and never will be, ok the RS awd and tiny bit quicker it's still a Ford. My jdm s2000 was amazing 260 bhp NA engine.

i seen one first time today in white parked up outside a garage they look awesome there was a golf R near it and the type R looked much better than the golf R imo looked amazing in white.

So many reviewers hate driving this hyped up civic on steroids! Honda thought that simply driving fast was teh ONLY things that mattered to enthusiasts. LMAO.
