Dunno how good the build quality or interior quality is given it's a Seat, but I have to say that the design itself inside and out is really rather excellent for that class of car! Those bold angular lines of the interior (especially the door handles) sorta remind me of the eighties, but in a good way: D
Also, dunno what Mat is on about with the engine noise. To me that actually sounds better than the average four pots. Almost like a sporty six-cylinder engine. Though I guess that might be just because the audio might sound different in the video than it is in real life.
Still, looks like a surprisingly likeable little car!

I just drove 4. 000 kilometers on my holiday with this Seat as a rental. I quite liked it. It's a nice, smart and fast enough car. Accelation is fine and I took it to 200km/h in Germany. Lots of sensors, parking assist and rear view camera for your safety. It all feels very good for a car in this price range. If I ever need to buy a car again, I would definitely consider this one.

With this car, you HAVE TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLOUR. When I was buying my Ibiza, I looked at some they had at the lot, and some colours made the car look plastic and cheap. I personally like the grey colour mine is. In my opinion it makes the car look way better than the dark blue they offer. The other colours were a bit odd. Unless you like the off gold colour

Seat Ibiza is more attractive than polo beause of the sharper look, but the quality is not as good as in VW lineup. Seat cars have more cheap plastic inside which is justified by lower price. Also, warranty for a VW cars is 4 years, but for Seat is only 2 -3 years which can tell us a lot about build quality.

Eye-beetha is the English pronunciation, however Ee-beetha is Spanish pronunciation and more correct.
It's no different to people that say NUT-ella, even though Ferrero say the correct way to pronounce it is NU-tella. The Nut in the name bares no correlation to the fact that it contains hazelnuts.

Why all the European cars are manual gearbox' and diesel. that's drives me crazy. when where available option for a more comfort drive and quite drive in the town and less pollution just choose it, and its the same maintenance as patrol. and don't forgot the dessert, air-condition not as standard.

I've been saving up since I was 15 to get my first car and I'm turning 21 next month, thinking of getting it for my birthday, this is the car that I think I'm set on at the moment, but do you know if the newer models of the ibiza are much better than this one? Should I consider the newer versions?

my friend has this car. In the city it makes 5. 5 L/100km as a petrol. Hmm, I don't know if that is true or Volkswagen just subtracts 2 or 3 liters from the real number.
Also the engine is not noisy at all if you drive normally, which 99% of people do.

I-m currently driving a 107 and love the 3 cylinder sound, much nicer sound that a harsh 4 cylinder that sounds thrashed/unrefined. suppose that if you don-t want the 3 cylinder type you-d have to get the less efficient none turbo bigger engines
