Please do a favor dont purchade this car. Its a shame, Lexus under this brand you make a car which is no way match for over all Lexus brand experience. .
Car is noisy, hard suspension, noisy engine noise in the cabin. No power and un comfortable drive. What is wrong with Lexus, a crappie over all car. Thats exactly I told my sales guy, I was in shock because I love this brand.
I drive Lexus es300h 2017, so quite, beautiful suspension and great over experience, spick up is great and handling. I also drive HS 250h 2010, still wsy better than this newer car.
Anything made under Lexus name has to be good, if it isnt dont make it or insult your brand. Consumer like my self keep a close watch.
Hope you dont make a crappie electric car. I waiting to purchase one after test drive.

why lexus? great quality and reliability.
Now if you like your mechanic and you'd like him to have a nice life then buy a german car. Your mechanic will appreciate it: )
i'd say Volvo is the best European brand for now at least in reliability. get this or the xc40 i live in Sweden and the Volvo is cheaper as standard but I'll go for the Lexus. way better gas mileage way better quality and reliability meaning cheaper in the long run

I've criticized Lexus' designs multiple times because of how ugly they all look as I've been spoiled seeing Hyundai-Kia designs inspired by beautiful European cars with such class and elegance and making it their own. The funny thing is that the Lexus UX has grown on me, because how much I see it a lot, paired with Toyota's reliability; as it also shares the same underpinnings as the C-HR, Corolla, and Prius.

Don't buy it. It has the same problem of all hybrid cars of lexus. They vibrate badly when speeding between 70km/h and 100km/h especially on a hill road. Nobody talks a this major issue in lexus hybrid cars and lexus refuses to provide any solution. IS models are suffering the most of this problem and all drivers of these cars are shutting up their voices. Probably they are so old to not notice the vibrations.

My first Lexus after many years of Mercs. I have had my UX for five months. I agree with the two main criticisms - the small load space and the rubbish infotainment system. The rest of his annoyances are a bit picky, I think. But, I should point out that mine has averaged 54. 5mpg in the 4500 miles I've done in it - and it is one of the smoothest cars I've ever driven.

ALWAYS poor substance with this dude's reviews -
Zero importance to environment (fuel efficiency)
zero to safety measures and self driving technology (lexus ahead of germans)
Zero to reliability and value with time
Reviewing only the -fun- aspect
Its cool review but is much retoric and naive substance in fact

reply

Why oh why do you reviewers always moan about how difficult it is to use the infotainment system? It-s so easy. Just use voice commands! Say --bbc radio 2-, -turn up volume- and, on the satnav, just say -take me to Cheltenham- and it sets up the route. Please try it and upgrade your review. accordingly. .

That central pod for controlling the audio might be unusual, but it-s brilliant to use so you don-t have to use the trackpad/main screen while driving. I only use the trackpad while stationary as everything can be controlled by verbal commands or buttons.

Nice car, but I miss the upraised, adjustable back seat from the RAV4, the tail gate should be more vertical and the exterior is strange looking.
Too much strange lines for me, shold be more discreet.
The info system I don't care about.

reply

Audi is crap and so are most cars made in Germany. European people praise cars that once they hit 100k they fall apart and cost huge amounts to fix. I'll take a asian car anyway even a kia is more reliable then any German car by miles
