CARWOW ITS THE BIGGEST CON. I made an account few years back you guys try it and let me know what you think - every single time I enquired about a vehicle I was pestered with phone calls and emails from dealers etc and the prices were actually higher than market average, its like you're selling something above market average and sometimes drop the price and heavily advertise that drop in price ( not a real reduction ) but by doing that when you've very high prices only brings the price level and at the same time the drop deceive the potential Customer that he's in on a great deal saving 1 thousand or 2 or 3 however that is not the case. Do your maths and you'll know what I mean. Carwow is a tool to lure in customers, commision money are paid for every one of the parties involved the loser is the buyer. They're only interested in money and NOT what's in the interest of the client.

Got this car 8 months ago, my advice, stay clear of this car, performance is there for sure, but regarding the looks and size i'd say drop it just get a 330 for 100 bucks cheaper or get a new 228i coupe, for the price the car is way too overpriced, i'm coming into 9 months of ownership and it just doesn't excite me, it's fast dnt get me wrong, but it's just not a fun car it's just -a good normal car-, not to mention the look is just weird, i really REALLY tried to like the car, but i just gave in, it's not doing it for me, the passion for cars disappeared when i got this car, my advice rather than spending 50k on this car, get a used 2016-2018 bmw m2, which is literally the same price but 3X the fun, i'm trading up this weekend just gotta revert my car back to stock!

RIP 2 series.
The 2 series should be a small, fast, rwd coupe. The last one was the perfect little sports car and now they have made it some sort of fwd 2l weird looking version of a 3 series. Such a shame that they are butchering some of the cars in the range.
I can understand the economics of butchering the 1 series, as much as I hate it. But the 2 series should have stayed how it was but with the refreshed interior etc.

It used to be the Chinese who copied the Germans! Now it's the other way round! Looks like an MG6! ;) If this was a Japanese car it would be getting slated. There would be more emphasis on the -scratchy plastics- and the fact that there is no space inside. I always wonder how independent Carwow reviews are!

Was honestly gonna buy a different car but took one of these for a test drive and was surprised at how violent it is for what it looks like. But if you get the right options it looks less like a grandmas car and more like something that should be fast.

I-ll admit the rear can look odd from some angles. But I took a 220d M Sport home for a night and was amazed how much better it was to drive than my F22 M240i and F20 120d. Hopefully they-ll tidy up the back a little for the facelift.

The thing is Mat my Apple phone can open my bmw because it-s a feature on the bmw app so i am still smug as ever especially as my iPhone 11 Pro Max has a longer battery life than your Samsung so you don-t even have that on me

I have a aM235i GC F44 it's a great car plenty room xdrive works very well in the Scottish winters and in wet conditions. Interior space and quality is far superior than the Audi and Mercedes in the class.
