Watch out for security. One thing is that they limit the speed according to regulations, the other is that on an apparently simple slope you crash and do not run more than 24Km, which on interurban roads, is a danger because the cars come from behind at 70km/80km and you get scared Besides, they make you give birth and overtake you even if there is a continuous line, with the danger that this implies if someone comes from the other lane.
This happens to us because we live in a town 4 km from the city.
It has no strength on the climbs, as I say, it is a danger and a major mistake.
On the other hand, it seems impossible, but no. At this point, they have made a vehicle that when it rains and you open the door, the car floods.
Really? So few lights?
Me, I wouldn't buy it again.

Me and my friends would have loved this when we were younger, it's a really safe way to start your driving journey and start becoming road safe. genius idea. but even now as a 30yr old woman who has never driven and it to scared to start driving, I think this is perfect, so cute and it's not too fast, enough space for a quick pop to the shops or to go to work, two seats are great. Really practical for city woman life style. Can't wait for this to launch in the UK. ---
Only thing I wish was that you would have spoken about it a bit more positively about the Ami, it's definitely going to be popular -

I can see this as a viable option for someone living in a bigger city and never going outside the city limits. The fact that it barely cost anything to own and operate is a huge plus. No MOT, no tax and probably just crumbles for an insurance. However. Snow, heavy rain or simply too much sunshine would make the days of any Ami owners pretty damn miserable. A perfect -car- for a perfect day.

Tbh, as a working woman, living alone, in a country with very high demand of expenses with low salary range, have very congestive roads, Only goes out to wither work and run errand and grocery.
This is actually I-d love to buy for ease of traspo. Only thing I do not like is it not having AC tbh. It serves ots purpose being a UUV pretty well. It-s not meant for a luxuious drive anyway

Very small and very cheap urban transport, I totally get it. How many new cars can you buy for that amount where you aren't liable for road tax and motoring will be as cheap as that? However, the lack of airbags surely means it shouldn't be legal? You might not be able to drive at speed in it but other road users can. I really wouldn't fancy being shunted into in that flimsy thing

I can understand the disappointment because a Bugatti is much more fun to drive than this car. Got it. I REALLY appreciate super cars with all my heart. However, your choice of humour did not work. Whoever compiled the content and the tone of the content, please consider the execution of your well written content that you spent a lot of time on. This was inappropriate.

If I was from France I couldnt have my 14 year old in an ami with that battery pack and motor. You just know when your down the pub being ripped into by the boys for buying your kid one the kid will eventually phone you up complaining its run out of juice, obviously a kid will want to do 1000 miles a week and the ami drive train is almost 1990s in terms of the range.

I do like somewhat the blunt-utilitarian inside. Only wish that extended more to the outside too. Even for a motorized-cube, the front of the car is off-putting to me. I would have omitted the upper bulge, and moved the light closer to the headlights. Or alternatively mounted an AC system, with a dedicated grille, with a slightly aggressive look, like a pug.

This thing is awesome! I'd totally use it instead of my current car to go to the shops or around town. I live in a busy city with a lot of traffic jams and barely any parking spots that fit my SUV so this could actually solve a lot of problems around short-distance trips, and when I'm not using it, I reckon it'd fit in the boot of my bigger car: D

I can see this being very popular. Especially with the younger generation and ladies. City dwellers and those who aren't into cars but despise public transport. Similar to the electric scooters and bike rentals. Nervous drivers and even the elderly. Fun little thing, but they did their research here, there is a market for this.
