It-s time for a luxurious limousine group test! Mat-s brought together the Mercedes S-Class and the Bentley Flying Spur to see which is the must-have premium saloon- If you have a spare -200, 000 to splash out on a new car, that is! So let-s start with the specs. First up we have the S-Class, and the one we have here is powered by a 3-litre turbocharged straight-six that can deliver 435hp. However, that-s absolutely nothing compared to what the Bentley-s hiding under the bonnet - a 6-litre W12 that can put down 635hp! But of course, chances are you-re not looking to choose one of these cars for the performance - you-re choosing it for the interior quality! And let-s be honest, they-re both easily two of the most luxurious cars available in 2022. The question is, can the Bentley justify a price tag that-s almost double the S-Class!

s class is as good as flying spur for twice the price. Imagine a maybach version. Even some jounalist said that for a car to be driven in the maybach is the best in the world. The room inside is just huge. If you compared it to a ghost that has the same lengt thez maybach looks way more bigger. I understand why all of those celebrities buy more and more maybach, because the've already tested those rolls and bentley but the maybach is just better. Thje only thing where rolls and bentley are better is interior quality but except that s class or maybach is better. Just looks in front of those luxurious hotel like in Paris, there a lot of s class

You can really see the different approaches. Merc leaning more on the software front and cheaping out on actual physical things you can touch. Where as the Bentley comparatively archaic in software is luxuriously solid as a country manor house! One that goes around the bends quite well. Were it my money I'd get the Bentley and enjoy the software quench on my iPad instead.

I think it would be pretty cool if Bentley made a sport back 4-door saloon to compete against the likes of Audi and Mercedes with the A7 and CLS/GT 4-Door. Bentley has this reputation of being heavy luxury barges but I think it would be cool if they made a light-weight sports sedan with a whole bunch of new technology.

wou. you started filming like in the cinema! congratulations! in minute 5. 03 you have a beautiful frame. torn from james bond action movies, fast endfurios, transporter etc. and you even have the face of a movie actor. you can start a casting! I tell you from the eye of an amateur photographer! good luck

About 2 years ago you couldn't buy a new Bentley so I got a Merc S63 AMG. As soon as the new Flying Spur became available, I got one and I love it. Good news for one of my partners who inherited the S63! You don't buy a Bentley based on objectivity you buy it coz it's in your DNA.

I like the Bently one than the Mercedes S class,
I like your videos Carwow, but I have got a question for you: Why did not compar the Mercedes s class against the same Bently? It will be different in relation of the acceleration, speed and the power in totally!

Whatever brand car you prefer, 12 cylinder engines are real dinosaurs. Only people who do not care at all about the environment still want 12 cylinders.
P. S. The front of the Bentley is really 1970s, yikes. Time for an update, especially the headlights.

Bentley uses a german VW W12 engine so as far as the engine is concerned the comparison is silly, while Mercedes is with its engine, that-s the main difference so I-ll always take a Mercedes rather than a failed British car industry, sorry.

A huge part of me says we are looking at the last days of the dinosaurs. Sensible money in this bracket is being spent on EVs and there is nothing shown here that is going to stem the tsunami of sales going to Tesla Plaid and Porsche Taycan.

My sedan preference will always be the Rolls Royce. Especially the ghost black badge. Never been a fan of the Bentley sedans. The only Bentley worth looking at is the Bentley Continental GT Supersport Coupe. That is nasty!
