The original Acura NSX is shooting up in value -- and today I'm reviewing an early NSX to show you why it's getting so desirable. First I'll show you around this 1994 NSX, and I'll show you all of its quirks and features. Then I'll drive the original Honda NSX to show you what makes it such a joy on the road. Steven: See but they went REALLY expensive then dropped like crazy. I have no doubt they're going up but they arnt as expensive as they were when Doug did his last video on one. I've seen nice ones around 50-60k. Still expensive but alot less than the 125k Doug was talking about a few years ago. Love the NSX

Great video Doug, a few comments. I used to own a 1995 Targa NSX. The NSX had 270hp not 250hp, only the Automatic had 252hp. The wheels were 15 up front and 16 in the rear and came with a custom developed tire by Yokohama called the A022 which only was made for this car and had to be special ordered. The blank buttons in the car were used for factory car phone which was available as an option in the first few years of sale. I regret selling my NSX and would love to own again! Great color on NSX, never seen one in that color.

Do you genuinely not understand the concept of conflict of interest? You can either be an ethical auto journalist giving an honest unbiased opinion or a used car salesman, not both. Anything you say about the Acura must be discounted as sales puffery since you have a financial interest, the Cars And Bids commission, in seeing that it sells for as much as possible.

Honda ruined this car by putting that expensive V6 in it, they should've went with a K-Series engine. The K-Series is lighter, plus it's way more common and affordable so it's a lot easier for tuners to make big horsepower with it. There's some badass K20 swapped NSX's making 1, 000HP

Because it s a beautiful car that was ahead of it s time. A British racing green NSX was my first ever car that I got the day I graduated highschool in 2012. It had great gas mileage, very decent stock performance and the look of cars that cost literally 50+ times as much

When I lived in Hamilton, ON, there was a red one in the neighborhood. I figured out the time its owner came back from work ) in the afternoon and would wait for it in front of the house just to see it drive through. What a beautiful car.

There s one that s been abandoned since like 2008 just a few minutes from my house. It still looks immaculate because it doesn t really rust but I m sure it s riddled with mechanical problems.

A lot of NSX owners are switching over to Porsche Cayman's. The NSX wasn't all that fast, with quarter mile times typically in the low 14's/high 13's. Intriguing car though.
