Today I'm reviewing a Pajero Mini, and I'll show you all the quirks and features of this little Pajero Mini. Then I'll drive the Pajero Mini and review the driving experience. Neil: Doug being a typical American just goes on and on about power. Doesn't realize in other countries, not everything is going to be about powerful and being muscular. The vehicles are durable and they get going anywhere even with light engines. Suzuki Jimmy is 1 such vehicle, and it can be considered a very capable off roader by many.

The reason the new Jimny is so similar to this Pajero Mini is because it was made with the Kei version in mind first, and the bigger version second.
The main difference is that the big one has a 1. 3L engine, the kei has a 660cc engine and lacks the plastic fender flares.
In order to being sold in the US, it would need to comply to the US safety regulations, something impossible unless they make a brand new one from scratch, with the export market in mind.

I KNEW IT that somehow Doug would find a viewer in Baja California Norte, close to San Diego, that would loan him a 2021 Suzuki Jimny for him to review. That would be VERY INTERESTING to see how it went, although Doug gave a teaser on it.
That could also be the route for reviews of some other cars not available in USDM, but for sure on the Mexican market (a SEAT perhaps.

Tiny off roading? I bet that thing can go anywhere a stock suv can and more. Being small and light it won t sink into the snow. I had a suzuki that was small. It was very capable. Mind you I had a suspension lift and bigger tires.

gear selector pointing to neutral are not pointing to neutral, they are pointing in the direction the car will go when you select that gear. Neutral and park are square because you don't go forward or backward in those 2.
reply

As to the gears pointing to Neutral, I can't see the P indicator but aren't they pointing in the direction the vehicle will travel, when selected? R for backward, D, 2, and L for forward. But anyway.
reply

Geez Doug, 1-2! That door panel is at least 4-5 thick. Do you exaggerate that with everything! Also the arrows are pointing the direction the car would go in! Not pointing towards neutral! LOL!
reply

R points down and D-2-L point up to indicate the direction of travel when this gear is selected. Perhaps not necessary but in the same time it didn't cost extra to add to the silkscreen

I think the antenna is for more bigger distances, like to start it from your house to warm it in winter.
P. S. Maybe the battery is just empty on that remote.

People may mock and laugh about the size of this car but this is the most popular car size in India.
Many people prefer smaller hatchbacks even they have a lot of money.
