lots of cars has features that you will never use. maybe probably once, to see how it works, or even twice, to impress someone who don't give a damn about it. honestly, even the cruise control, i never use. Features. just to have a reason to increase the price: ). A real feature will be when you can turn the front seats at 180 degrees, a table pop up from the middle and you can have a beer with the passengers until the car reaches the destination. until then, the basic stuff, such as AC, radio, a decent sound system, etc, are enough

One thing you don't know about this vehicle is the MobilEye system inside the dash by Magna. Amazing compression technology. 1 mile of driving full 1080p 20 sensors, lidar and radar all compresses to 10k. Beat that amazing feat. We all could go back to 56k dial up modems if that tech of compression was available as a free open source tech for all to take advantage of. Talk about saving the world.

You forgot the part where you can't give it away out of warranty because everybody that hasn't lived under a rock knows that BMW's are the most unreliable cars ever made. Honestly, if it weren't true it would be a joke BMW reliability is so bad. Btw, I am an industry insider. BMW engineers must drop acid at breakfast. Pretty albeit nicely styled tho.

It looks like a cheap remake of a BMW. The exterior design is strikingly incoherent with several cheap looking accents that fluctuate between unnecessary excess, odd shapes, unnecessary bumps and lines, lights that have BMW logo and laser inscriptions and window blinds instead of a front grille. Can't believe this is actually a BMW.

I love how you are talking about the backup camera swiveling like its the greatest invention. Its 2019. Teslas. Made in USA, has been parking itself for years. And this is the flagship of one of the greatest nameplates in luxury German has to offer. Advantage America.

Doug, the rear door pillar lights that you couldnt get to work were probably not enabled via the MMI. Once they are, they can be controlled by the passengers just by tapping on them or via the armrest tablet. I have them in my 2018 750i x Drive.
