A lightweight flywheel and clutch are great for a track car but to daily drive with stop and go traffic is a real chore you need smooth clutch work to keep it from stalling add a heavier clutch and it just makes it harder to manage. But on track the combo shines because your rpm never low enough to stall.

. i. dont get why you guys don't just do it all on the hoist. I mean, I know its about garage wrenching for the everyman, but it'll make it much easier a job to work on the cars up top. And it gives a good view of the parts.

As a GT86 (BRZ platform) owner, personally offended that they feel they have to make it fast, as they are already quite fast.

oh, I downgraded my clutch when I changed it, now it's super light, I love it: P idk my SR20 got 150HP at the crank so why someone put a better clutch in it eludes me.

That trans is only rated to 187 ft/lbs of torque? That's not a lot. Even a small turbo kit will put you over that. Lord knows what the diff is rated for.
