Back in mid 2005 or so, A Guy was Hired to drive a Ranger from Minnesota to Jersey and I got to go along. The Owner of the Ford Ranger had one of those Hydrogen things installed and was Promised up to 60mpg because the Company was claiming they were getting 50mpg with a Class C Motor Home using their system. The Owner of the Ranger was Upset because he was only getting 17mpg. Company told him to send the truck to them ( all Expenses Paid by the Company) and they would Fix it. On the way to Jersey we Averaged 17mpg After they Fixed it on the way back we got 19mpg ( tail wind. guy Paid over 2 grand for the stuff to make it work. Company went out of Business with in a Year or so. None of their Clients were getting the MPG Promised to them and some even worse.

Man scotty kilmer is the man, very informative. I wonder if oil made from natural gas (Pennzoil ultra platinum) really gets better mileage. I think pennzoil claims around 500 miles a year using pennzoil. I see the testing on the internet it is nearly as good amsoil signature series, for far less money. anyways it the oil in my 3. 5 EcoBoost 2011 that runs like the day I bought it. I think its pressure tested over 100, 000 psi

Ok, I hear a lot if people saying to go by the owner's manual for the tire pressure. My thinking is I always go by the recommended tire pressure the tire calls for. not necessarily the max cold air pressure. Logic says the car will never change but tires constantly evolve. So which is it for tire pressure? Do you go by owners manual or tire manufacturers recommendation?

I think once in awhile I used to use zMAX or slick 50 and for about four hundred miles or maybe a tank of gas the engine would run much quieter. this was in my 1994 GMC 1500 V6 pickup truck. It wouldn't sound like it was on it would run so quiet, I tried to restart it and ground the starter doing so. One then things scum bags use to cover up big issues in a quick sale.

So. what are your thoughts on SeaFoam? That K&W Motorflush is a new one for me; never heard of it. Also, you didn't seem too fond of HHO technology and seemed to have had a fixed idea about it describing things a little differently than what i've come to understand; do you have a video covering your thesis more extensively?

I wouldn't use motor flush in an engine with VVT, but on my older vehicles that I just bought, I'll put motor flush in the engine, usually in the evening, run for a few minutes, shut off, let sit over night, the start again for a few minutes, then drain. Not sure if it helps or hurts, but never had an engine fail afterwards.
