Love this upload of one of my favourite drives in NZ, along the Queen Charlotte Drive, watched it a few times now. Great opening sequence showing the railway bridge out the southern end of Picton, and with the late afternoon sun slowly going down. Some awesome stops along the way there, but everywhere you look it's just majestic, a pity you didn't stop over Shakespeare Bay just out of Picton. But Governors Bay, the little stop at Ngakuta Bay, Momorangi park, going past Aussie Bay ending up at The Grove. Great spot at the jetty there, looking across the bay at the little settlement of Anakiwa. A shame you didn't carry on through to Linkwater past the Queen Charlotte Tavern (awesome meals and drinks) up to Cullen Point overlooking the Queen Charlotte Sounds, and the bayside town of Havelock, eventually making your way to Havelock. It's an awesome drive, and much better done earlier in the day when the sun is in the northern part of the sky showing off the sparkling waters in the sounds. But a great video, along with many of your other ones from here in NZ.

Such an amazing drive. It beats me how people want to hurry along this road! No-brainer! Most Kiwis drive fast and aggressively in my experience. Thanks for a great video, Tim! Very good photography, well done!

5: 48 The road might be called Queen Charlotte Drive, but I'd be inclined to call it Mercedes Drive for all the -Benz- in it! LOL
