Hi Jake and Nicole, I notesy that in this blog you used the Chinese noodles with the little bags of seasoning! From the other blogs I've seen from you, from the different lists, I have never seen you using this. But, just want to warn you that this seasoning does often bring sodium glutamat something that makes you feel the taste in stronger way, and this is very bad for kidneys. So, stay away from this thing.

Thanks for showing that you can cook whole foods, plant-based for far less than what you would pay for a cheap, gmo, chemical laden lunch in America. I constantly hear that eating the way we do is to expensive. Just another lie told.

Knor Swiss, contains MSG and the packets of smack ramen also have MSG I am not sure about Maggie flavoring, or I hope now they take the MSG out. love to see you guys
