We are NATO, the United States makes up the vast majority of NATO's fighting force. Macron is a globalist hell bent on selling his own country to get rich off cheap labor from immigrants. Why do you think the entire French general staff threatened him with a coup? They wrote a letter saying they will not let him destroy France's borders and their culture. He is a laughable leader, and has no right to criticise the U. S on this matter, we provide everything to these countries, we provide undisputed protection, arms, and influence FOR FREE. Why doesn't Germany have a fleet to protect it's trade? 25% of German GDP is from trade and they have no fleet to protect their shipping lanes, why? BECAUSE WE DO IT FOR FREE. We police the world's oceans and make sure people don't steal other people's shit. Back in the 1800's if you wanted raw materials you didn't have locally you need a fleet and a military to go and take them from your colonies, which were under attack from other empires and natives. That shit is over we, the U. S ended it. No more colonies, no more fighting over resources. You want something? Buy it, don't have to fight for it. That is the world the U. S created, google Bretton-woods conference if you don't believe me. It's sad so many people shit on us for all the services we provide just for being in an alliance with us, where all the member states don't contribute shit. Seems kind of unfair? We do all the work, provide all the resources, all the protection, and what do we get? Insults.

For the arguments against the Peleton commercial: 1. the only people who could afford a bougie fake bike are rich people, who live in nice houses. Of course they'd put it in a nice expensive house, that's their consumer base. 2. it is possible to be skinny and to want to work out. The point of exercising isn't always to lose fat, it can also be to gain muscle, or just to up your seretonin levels. I think having a fatter person lose weight to become a better person would be way more problematic in a lot of ways. 3. we aren't told in the commercial but based on the fact that she was happy to receive it, I'm guessing the woman actually asked for it, or at least was showing noticeable interest in wanting an exercise machine. Seems like kind of a weird reason to get mad at the commercial tho, its not like he expressly said he was buying it for her to lose weight or look better. (see point 2) 4. it's a cheesy ass commercial but its MADE to make people want to buy the thing, of course they're gonna want to pump it full of false emotions of excitement, happiness, energy. The woman being too uncertain is probably supposed to reflect the thoughts of the buyers who are on the fence about buying one for themselves. That apprehension being followed up with joy/satisfaction is the commercial's argument for why it would be a good thing to buy their bike. Doesn't seem gendered to me.

So, if you buy your spouse an exercise bike you are an arse cuz it automatically means you think that person is too fat? Am I missing something here? Does that same rule apply if you buy your spouse a pair of running shoes, or a pair of sweatpants and sweatshirt? What if you bought them a really expensive fitness tracker watch, are you still a mean bastard, or just a spouse giving a gift that they could use, or maybe actually want? Where's the line drawn? Cuz I missed the orientation for being an overly sensitive loudmouth that needs to whine and complain about everything that has absolutely no bearing on my life in any way, but I still really wanna whine and cry about something or my day just isn't complete(Can't believe I just wasted the time to type this comment, I think that might make me almost as bad as those that seek offense in everything they see or hear. Might hafta slap myself around a little for this. I wonder how many people I just offended with that last sentence? I hope I offended all that wanted to be offended, or I may hafta complain that they weren't offended enuff, and that would offend me)

The Kurds are freedom fighter that the Turkish already tried to genocide once. They are escaping persecution for just being Kurds, they are a dwindling culture facing extinction. I'll praise Trump for what he does group but abandoning the Kurds is a vile act. We need to kick Turkey out of NATO, they break the rules all the time and are literally trying yo genocide these people by branding them terrorists. We know what terrorism is we've been fighting it for 25 years, the Kurds are not terrorists. Turkey needs to be put in their place, and we should threaten them with sanctions and military retaliation if they pursue their mission to wipe the Kurds off the planet.

In terms of the Miss Ukraine World ruling, she violated the rules and should be disqualified. There are many international level pageants that specifically cater to married women in Mrs. or for unmarried mothers in Ms. division pageants. With a Miss title, that job is their first priority during her year of service; however, when married or a mother, one's significant other or kids are their first priority, not the title and those pageant systems have their year of service planned out with the family life in mind. It was her fault for signing up when there are other options out there if she was just trying to prove a point

I don't see how anyone can tell the Miss World competition what they can or cannot make as rules. As far as I'm aware they are completely independent from any governmental body, so they don't need to guarantee any kind of rights to their contestants. Note they are CONTESTANTS, not EMPLOYEES - another big difference. As weird or off-putting as we may find it, they have every right to restrict the contestants of THEIR competition for whatever reason they so desire. If we have an issue with it, we should just not support their organization or competition.

she wants money, lied on her application, there is a MRS. world competition, If you really think about it, if she was really against this discrimination etc. why even enter the contest in the first place where it has been argued that contests like there discriminate against a majority of women, these contests are usually based on beauty, no matter how much they say it is not. have you ever seen a winner over 200lbs, have a facial disfigurement, or even something like a speech impediment. the case should be thrown out immediately.

This Peloton outrage is ridiculous. Like, how dare that husband care about his wife's health. a wife that seemed very happy with the gift. And that disgraced Miss Universe contestant just wants her title back. I have serious doubts as to her altruism doing this. ALSO, if you want to change the rules, great I guess, but you lied on the form, you pay the price. EDIT: Also I loved the shocked Pikachu face of: There's misogynistic rules in the misogynistic competition? : 0
