As a member of the LGBTQ community, I side with Crowder. A large portion of society today has adopted the thinking that a difference of opinion is a form of harassment/bigotry/hate speech/etc. When these people do not get their way, they throw a tantrum, and state things that are consistent with the allegations against them. Then people of the same community flock to care for their broken member, when there is nothing wrong with them to start. A difference of opinion is, and should be treated as, exactly that, a difference of opinion. People are so easily offended these days that the world has turned into a politically correct nightmare where everyone takes offense to anything and everything.

As for the police officer who hid during the shooting. yes, he was employed to protect. yes, he was trained to do that job. but. in that moment, how many of us can claim we could overcome that fear? I don't know this officer's history. I don't know if he has been tested in this kind of dangerous situation. Or perhaps he has been through it and is now scarred (PTSD is a thing. Obviously, he couldn't do the job and should now be terminated as an officer, but to prosecute someone because they were emotionally unable to handle the violence. sure. this is SPARTA. Do we live in that kind of a world? I thought most of you were christians. the meek shall inherit the earth and all that.

That is so dumb to cherry pick which conspiracy theories you'll allow. ALL conspiracy theories are outlandish, shocking and yes, MANY are sad or offensive. If people want to run around saying they don't think the holocaust or sandy hook happened, so be it. You can't run around cleaning YouTube up to try and present it as something respectable, that'd be like whack a mole. Why don't they focus on the perverted and blatantly obvious criminal or violent crap on here rather than all of this grey area all the time. It's like they purposely want to be in the headlines rather than stick with the things the majority of us agree on as being unacceptable or inappropriate.

Ok note on tariffs, they are not taxes on yourself they are taxes on imports from another nation. Companies are not required to import from Mexico, they only choose to do so because it's cheaper then domestic or from another country. By imposing a tariff on a single country you encourage business's to switch to domestic supplies or a supplier from a country without a tariff. Every other nation in the world does this, if not through a tariff then through some for of regulation or non-tariff trade barrier. European and Asian countries are notorious for how they incentivise their economies to purchase domestic products over imported ones.

There is nothing humorous inn death. DEATH it's our last enemy. Once one doesn't wake up their fate is sealed. I am very calm. Would think you of all peoples would appreciate the breath of life having lost you mother. The follow up showed how serious the accident was. How a husband was left helpless. How a ladies injuries where made worse. So because you found humor I losing your birth mother and then finding humor in it, whay are you seeking? An award? Merit badge? A guest appearances on comedy central? Can't imagine what joke someone could say about losing their mother unless she wad already lost to you?

Honestly jail for that? I dont think so We are SUPPOSED to use prison to punish criminals ( hes not a criminal hes a coward and well be wasting money, hopefully when they come out to be better than what they were when they went in (prison reform is a whole other subject)A coward like that, will be killed, if not he will become a killer Hes still a human and an American we shouldnt treat our people like thatFire him Never let him become a cop again, fine him But to get him killed or turn him into a criminal? I'm shocked by the lean of the comments regarding Crowder and Maza. Neither was right. And bullying is closer to hate speech than it is to an exercise of free speech. I am very much in the bracket of sacrificing perfect free speech for laws/ToS against hate speech--specifically, targeted hate speech. Obviously I disagree with the milkshake nonsense everyone is latching onto like a dripping titty, but I also strongly disagree with Crowder's conduct. And if that does not violate YouTube's ToS then I agree that there is great cause for concern.

I gotta say. I really feel that people are just looking for someone to blame with Peterson. They are trying to fill a gaping loss that will never be filled. I wish he wasn't a coward and yes perhaps some of the 17 would be alive. but I will withhold judgement until after the trial. Though I wish he had acted, I don't know that I blame him for being afraid. No one could have predicted this kind of thing would happen in his career, nothing could have prepared him for this kind of combat.
