CENSORSHIP or HARASSMENT Crackdown? Steven Crowder vs Carlos Maza, Oreo Toothpaste Prank, & More Tom Fisher: They came for Alex Jones first, now they coming for you. It has NOTHING to do with how Liberal or Conservative you are, it has to do with absolute control. Anything right AOC is going to be attacked, but that has nothing to do with politics but a power play tactic used to keep the dinosaur media in control. The plan is to push everything besides extreme left leaning persons off YouTube, then after that is accomplished those extreme left leaning people will be offed deals by the big news organizations to work for them or be taken down as well. They will force the left leaning people who can not be bought off youtube labeling them as radicals as well, remember these people didn't get their media empires by being nice. Politics is just a tool for them to control the people and pit us against each other. These News papers need to die, only way that happens tho is people from both sides defend our right of choice, YES that means Liberals standing with Conservatives Look, this is big business and big government plotting together, the VERY THINGS both sides are afraid of, wake up.

Youtube policy states that it does not tolerate harassment. A shirt that says communism is for fs and repeatedly calling/referring to Maza as derogatory slurs IS harassment. That is harassment. The argument over free speech is another matter which has only been pulled into this discussion about harassment as an excuse. It is dog whistling and also wilful (even dangerous) ignorance to somehow claim that the shirt only refers to figs with no intended double meaning and that Crowder referring to Maza with a slew derogatory names is ok because Carl calls himself a queer. I can make jokes about myself and with friends, or any environment in which I deem comfortable/safe; but someone who PUBLICLY DOES NOT LIKE ME were to repeat those same jokes but with more insult and demeaning tone, repeatedly and continuously, THAT IS HARASSMENT REGARDLESS OF POLITICS Maza was desperately calling for youtube to stay true to its policy; in which it didn't. change my mind

I don't know why but I magine that you would have fit in as a news reporter for the old TV show Seinfeld. I have the same approach to news feed as you do. At least when I share it. And personally I think that we should leave it to the 1st amendment. Yes your feelings will get hurt but it's how you grow stronger and are able to help up the next people in life for their journey. As for Steven Crowder he spelled it out. He gave logical reasons of why he used his wording. Where as the other guy is strictly running off of a motion with how much he is complaining about all this. Technically for him it's great news so he can get more popular. I wish that he would debate Crowder. And then we can see whether or not he truly believes what he believes. And emotionally through body language we should be able to tell who feels that they are right and also who doesn't have enough evidence to back it up.

While I agree that Crowder can go overboard with some of the comments and name calling he does on those videos, and I don't always agree with his views, but his video rebuttals do showcase valid arguments and pokes a lot of big holes in the VOX/Maza videos. Maza, himself, is a superficial, hypocritical asshole when he presents these videos. I don't call for conservative censorship is the biggest lie out there. He honestly has videos out there that practically call for Fox News to be shut down because they force other news outlets to talk about 'non-issues' (like immigration and death panels. Lets not forget that he has also called for violent action against conservatives on twitter and other platforms. He's even defended Antifa- a known, violent group who ironically do fascist acts. I don't think he should be doxxed, but definitely rebutted and discredited every chance you get.

what's up ya beautiful bastards, hope you've been having a fantastic monday. well, the world is currently being annihilated, city by city, in a nuclear holocaust, and well, i just don't know what to make of this. it's a real poser. so i'm just gonna pass this off to you. is this a justifiable end for a planet and it's population that didn't properly appreciate the virtue of sitting on the fence, while it was tottering on the brink? or is it a bad day at blackrock when every man, woman and child gets consumed in an infernal fireball? man, i'd really love to know: whaddya think should happen with the globe? and more importantly, how do think people are reacting to my powder blue shirt? is it mild and inoffensive enough? and should i have some milquetoast now for lunch, or maybe just some luke-warm tap-water? give me some direction down below.

Don't think anything he said was wrong. Think the vox vlogger is a public figure and we all have long standing traditions of tearing apart, examining, and sometimes making fun of public figures. The fact that he has been tearing apart some of the blatantly ridiculous claims from the other side seems positive enough. Crowder has had plenty of people of opposing views and other orientations, etc on his site and always (from my experience) tries to engage people in discussion and logical reason. (Sometimes with a bit more confrontation to spark the discussion, but I digress) Think it is free speech and he's not calling for any sort of violence. I think that when you start impugning such things as free speech and or even implications of stuff you begin to seriously send the entire already tetering society on even more of a downward spiral.

Crowder is a garbage person that pretends to be joking when his hate goes beyond the 'acceptable boundary'. Youtube's anti-lgbt bias has been known for a bit, but it is very shitty that they would let one user harass another like this for so long and do nothing. I expected a strike against his account, not full on deletion, but cowardly YT is doing nothing. This sounds like they really do care about the engagement instead. But this is the company RESPONSIBLE for the Paul brothers. They created this lifestyle and culture of making money from hurting others around them. Youtube is the cause and benefittor from this wave of shitheads getting fans and support. I am happy to see YT get it's name dragged through the mud. If they wont act, someone above them needs to act. YT needs to know this is not acceptable in this day and age.

Maza strikes me as a hypocrite. He has no problems making comments encouraging actual harassment of people that have opposing opinions, but when someone refers to him in an obviously dismissive and insulting manner, he then claims it is not only targeted harassment but encouraging further targeted harassment. You don't get to have it both ways. You don't get to say whatever you want in regards to other people, but get protection from what other people say about you. I don't agree with Crowder on a lot of things, and think he often picks easy targets to argue against, like college students, but in this case I think he is well within his rights. He isn't telling people to go harass Maza, (unlike Maza, he is simply make disparaging comments about someone who in his opinion holds unreasonable views.

Shallow, very shallow. First and foremost, if you think this is 'Crowder vs Carlos Maza', you are either dishonest or afraid to face the truth. This is big media vs independent content creators. With the exception of the word 'lispy', every adjective Crowder used to describe Maza were taken from MAZA. Equally, Maza attacks folks constantly. He encourages his supporters to approach Conservatives on the street and even throw items. The Left are the masters of doxing, many popular Leftist openly encourage the practice. Better wake up Sir. Your dancing around and refusal to hold any solid position will not serve you well. They WILL come for you. All it takes is one wrong position or one poorly worded sentence and YOU will be the next 'white supremacist'.

Oooooooommmmgggggggg. We got ourselves in a large scale morality loop. We can say that some of the things Steven said was a bit far but can be seen as a joke however, that is his freedom of speech that can be interpreted as any way good or bad. Maza calls for a change for this kind of behavior because he was hurt however his past actions has shown that he himself has condoned harmful behavior on people with opposing views (the whole punching a nazi is totally okay problem. This is going to turn into a Right Vs Left war and it's going to be a back and forth that won't ever end. Philip, I really wanted to hear your opinion on this matter but I'm also at a crossroads of what is right and wrong so I can see why you didn't say anything.
