its so unbeliveble how good looking so many people are when they lose weight, i mean this guy looks like a model now, the best i loved from this video is when he said his coach became friend and then family, family is not always blood, so many people are better than real blood related family, so proud of you

You have to be willing or the motivation isn't going to be there. Most bad food people eat is like putting poison in your body, you'll realize this once you start eating healthy and take sugar out of your diet. You can go to the gym everyday but you're not going to lose weight until you start eating right.

How tall are these guys? It's so hard to tell their weight to height ratio. I'm 6'7- and I've weighed as much as some of these guys at some points in life but I never looked that huge. I've lost a lot of the weight now. I really wish they included height with the weight.

Started keto 2 days ago, I weigh about 430, but I'm looking to get down to around 240 or 250. I feel 100% ready for it. Tired of feeling achy and to exhausted to do anything. Seeing this guy has given me confidence that I can look good again.

Loved his story until he mentioned the drunk driving. No excuse. I have no sympathy for people who drink and drive. You weren-t -lucky enough- to only have a shattered knee. You are lucky innocent people did not get hurt because of you.

I started at 430 in October of this year at age 39. On all sorts of meds for blood pressure and cholesterol and I made the decision that enough is enough. January 15th I am at 380 lbs and I'm not stopping until I get to 220.

I've gone from 285 down to 190 back up to 300 down to 190 back up to 315 down to 195 and now i'm back up to 390. Can't ever keep the weight off. After so much yo yoing you just want to die, losing weight is a waste of time.

Theses stories are a huge inspiration to me. I don-t have nearly as far to go. I-m 6-2- 195lbs. I think it-s amazing seeing these transformations. I have my own demons to conquer and you guys are such and inspiration.

My brother is 500-600 pounds. But you can-t say anything or he will become hostile. Same with my obese sister. Most people with hardcore, deeply entrenched insecurities don-t want anyone telling them anything.

Wow! Thank you for sharing! Congratulations, yes on your body transformation, but more so on beating your addictions! I'm proud of you. I know we are strangers, but I'm proud of you!

The Juiced Up bodybuilder comes in 11 months ago to help him -step up his game. let's just say that; )- 4: 40. He's on at least TRT at most anabolic steroids. Another addiction.

I know health is the priority BUT people become a million times more attractive after they overcome obesity, there so many good looking people out there that we can't see, pity.

-Just start today- Reminds me that planning to change is part of the change as well. Writing out a healthy shopping list before eating some junk food is still progress.

This is absolutely awesome. I really like this, on so many levels. My baby girl said, -They slay, Periodt. - Much love Beautiful People.

He was voted Front Butt of the Year at the company party by his job! This was the actual turning point in his life, not the car crash.

Absolutely an inspiration to me! I-ve struggled for a very long time, but I can only blame myself. Thank you for your story!

Ironically it's probably his previous weight that saved his life in that car accident. A remarkable transformation. -

LOL, you would have had to cut so much skin off. Sorry but all of that loose skin doesn't magically disappear.

addictive personalities really work well when they get switched from harmful stuff to diet and exercise. no shade
