Trolls say i can-t be a mom because i-m disabled - my extraordinary family

WHEN Alex and Noah shared the news that they were going to have a baby, they received a lot of negativity. Alex has a rare disease called spinal muscular atrophy type two and Noah is one of her main caregivers. The couple received nasty comments and there were a lot of misconceptions about Alex being disabled and pregnant. Earlier this year, she gave birth to their gorgeous daughter, Ari, who is now four-months-old. She said: -My pregnancy experience was one of the hardest things I have ever done but I have this beautiful little lady. - Since Ari was born, the negativity has continued with comments questioning both their capabilities as parents. Trolls criticise their parenting, saying Noah is not capable of looking after Alex and Ari, or they assume that their daughter will become her mother-s caregiver. Alex said: -Trolls say I am not fit to be a parent because I am disabled. - But the couple will not let this negativity stop them from posting on social media. Alex said: -I am dedicated to breaking stigmas about disability and being a parent

I'm not sure I can believe this it's truly remarkable with her health issues I wouldn't think a doctor would be okay with her having a child and I'm not trying to mean but this pregnancy could of gone bad she's very fortunate it didn't I always think taking chances like this is not a very smart choice in the end but I am so glad she's okay and the baby's okay it's truly a beautiful miracle and they are so blessed with love, caring for each other and a beautiful baby girl who will be there I'm sure for her parents when they get older it's called the circle of LIFE and disabilities won't change that. --
And I'm so glad to hear she won't go through being pregnant again please I believe GOD was watching over you this time it's BEST your thinking differently about the second time we never know and with our health issues and we need to take them seriously I know I have them myself and if you haven't seen the movie -Steel Magnolias- well that's one too watch we have to be smart when making serious decisions sending you positive vibes and healthy and lovely lives always--

What a gorgeous family! I'm so happy for you guys---
Good job on not letting those haters get to you guy's, because everything they say is stemmed from their own ignorance, and they should be embarrassed. Anyone that goes out of their way to harass a family because their different, is someone with a lot of self loathing

U can't BE a caregiver when u need one full time URSELF. If u can't be left alone with ur own child to do EVERYTHING for them by urself, then u shouldn't have a child. The guy says he doesn't mind doing everything for his wife AND baby, but he'll burn out sooner or later. That's gonna be sad when it happens.

They aren't happy, despite being able to bodied some of them. They don't want this family to be happy. Misery needed company, so it crawled into their comment section.
There are plenty of able bodied parents who need children removed from the home. That child is obviously loved and looked after.

there are enough challenges with a healthy woman. I can't fathom how hard it must be for the momma and for the dad to take on so much to caring of the baby and momma. God be with your beautiful family. I know the longing of wanting children. I adopted both mine.

WOW how wonderful for you both, Ari is so adorable. Trolls are just jealous. You both are doing such a great job for your Ari. Trolls go away, and stop with your nasty words. You must have better things to do than bully people

I think these two are a gorgeous couple and quite capable of raising children and doing a great job of it. People need to stop judging the mother for her physical disability she is quite smart and able to be a good mother.

As long as Ari's mother can feed her love her and be there for her she's not useless like some people that neglect their kids tht has the ability to do everything but chooses to do the worst to their kids-

I think that I remember this woman from a show like Dating Different? I am so happy for her. The baby seems to be doing fine here and they seem to be good parents, so I think that they should be left alone.

I love watching this between you two. I am sorry that people give you trouble, most uncalled for. You two do very well with her. Just keep loving each other and continue spreading that love to Ari
reply

If they have a good support system, they can do it without much trouble. I wish them the best - and hope it will work for the three of them - Hold on, you probably can succeed at it -

She is blessed to have such an wonderful man who it taking care of her and their child. Im glad her daughter wasnt born with her medical condition because children can be cruel
reply

You need to feed her in another position. In a more upward position.
My mom taught me that with my siblings and also my son-s paediatrician when I became a mamma.

I think an older more experienced nanny would have been a better choice, based off my own experiences as a nanny, and the many cases homewrecking young nannies.

As a disabled man that needs alot of assistant just like alex does this gives me confident that i can hopefully one day be a great dad. Congrats you guys!

Haters will Hate. Don-t let them rent a single millimeter of space in your head. They are not worthy. You baby is beautiful and congratulations to you both.

What a Lovely couple ad Parents. People who judge will do it regardless as they have nothing better to do in their own lives. You're doing a great Job!

Dude basically sucked at getting girls so he lowered his standards to this girl. Once she stops opening those leg-s frequently he will search elsewhere.

This gives me so much hope. I never date bc I feel like a burden or that I'm going to hold them back. Alex is so inspiring. I would love to be a mom.

I just don-t like the all knowing humans who take painkillers for someone else-s headache. Mind your businesses. A beautiful happy family of 3.
reply

Being disabled does not mean you can't do something or be something people can think what they like I wouldn't listen to the trolls.
reply

The best thing you can give a child as a parent is love and attention and you are doing that making you a better parent than most.
reply

The only thing I get stressed out about is where they live. A mobile toddler in a skyscraper house and lots of glass windows. -
reply

They are an amazing family and she's a good mother ppl need to keep there comments to themselves because they all look pathetic
reply

Disabled people deserve to be parents too. They are a beautiful couple with an adorable baby girl. The father is incredible!
reply

Anyone who puts themselves out there are bound to have some comments they do not like. I would've worry about it.
reply

Now the child is going to be the caregiver and have deep feelings probably towards her mother for putting this all on her

- I just want to say that you add the formula powder to the water not water to the formula. - first water, then formula
