I just want people to know that while it's possible this woman in particular is healthy, for many people (especially women) being at a such a low body fat percentage is very unhealthy. Your hormones can become imbalanced as a woman and you lose your period. These are serious side effects of body building like that and can permanently impact your bone health. Please don't compare yourself to her and try to stay actually healthy (sometimes we can look at people like her and consider them the pinnacle of health but actually that person might be having aforementioned hormone problems or not have their periods if female etc)

I'm impressed if she is all natural. I found that I had to buy what I liked big and alter it to fit and I was never as big as she has gotten. Its a challenge for sure. But there is a lot more now than back when I was in my 30s n 40s.

This woman needs to learn to sew! I think she would enjoy it a lot and it would improve her quality of life to just take things in to her waist. She seems artistic and aesthetically inclined. She would take to sewing.
