When I was in college I went to a dermatologist for a skin problem. He told me I'd be beautiful with cosmetic surgery. I have facial paralysis on my left side. He made me feel awful. I was so upset that he didn't see me, just someone that needed to be fixed. Later in life I had surgeries (for my hips) and I'm doubly grateful that I wasn't convinced to do facial surgery. The amount of problems I had with nerve damage was really challenging. If someone touched my thigh it felt like it was on fire. 30 years later I still have a numb patch on my thigh. What would have happened to my face?

My health conditions have made me gain a lot of weight due to intestinal issues, which really messes with my body image. I'm really happy that you girls feel beautiful on the outside and the inside; I want to be in that place. You truly are beautiful.

I have a friend back home with treacher collins-he can-t talk he uses a tablet. We met at a disabilities program. When he-d come to the groups he-d sit next to me & we-d talk for a bit-it-s been a while & honestly I miss him!

They are beautiful no matter what! There is no such thing as perfect. I love their smiles alot and they seem very happy with themselves which makes me so happy for them! I dont see anything wrong here: )

I've seen girls without TCS that looked just fine but still got plastic surgery and now look ridiculous. I don't find that attractive. I like people the way they are
