Cyber-goth to insta glam - will my brother recognise me? - transformed

WITH her shaved eyebrow and all-black attire, Izzy finds it difficult to blend in with her conservative Essex hometown. The 18-year-old fine arts student from Chelmsford, UK, describes her style - influenced by her love for heavy metal music - as a combination of cybergoth and 80s trad goth fashion. Izzy told Truly: It started from the moment when I shaved the ends of my eyebrows off. Once I did that, I never went back. Izzy's alternative fashion is often judged by her classmates at her college where most girls like to wear trendy clothes. Although she feels confident in her original style, Izzy has decided to try mainstream for once and undergo a transformation with an Instagram glam look. How will Izzy react when she sees herself in a style reminiscent of girls at her college?

I'm not sure how I ended up watching this. However, she is stunning. I have seen a few of these tonight, and they all hate the results. I don't get it.
How could you dress to attract attention with loud makeup and wardrobe. Then, not like the attention when you are genuinely attractive and gorgeous. Maybe their friends pressure them. Who knows.
Why limit your expression to the same thing every day?

I would have put her in a white or even red dress with the transformation. Maybe a mini skirt with a matching shorter blazer even. The blue purse and blue jeans need to go. Pretty transformation. Looks like a different person. The goth looks the best in my opinion. Suits her personality better. Natural ofcourse is beautiful but dressing normal is so boring.

When I was 18 I was dressing all black, manly, rejecting all the girly stuff. Never ever wearing a dress. Here I am at 43 loving to be girly and using dresses and make up. Nice that-s she is being alternative. I just hope she doesn-t close herself to a change if in a future her inner self demand it. -

As a man who was goth and still is kinda, and has a daughter who is almost exactly like Izzy in her transformed form, I'd like to see her, my daughter, try goth, and as long as she's happy nothing matters, and she doesn't have to pick one

Famous saying: -all things in moderation! -. She needs to accept that she is overdoing the goth thing and let that beautiful girl in her shine a little more. I like my goths like I like my chocolate. mild and milky.

That girl is eventually going to have to come back to reality, no one is going to hire her looking like a goth accept for maybe real low paying jobs where the public won't see her.

Can I just say her goth makeup was the most talented and coolest out of all the transformations I-ve seen? She was super pretty in her goth stuff

I find these ridiculous. They dont wake up like this, they do extensive makeup sessions to look goth. I should know, I lived this lifestyle in my 20s

Sometimes though I wish they'd select a dark haired wig for the people being transformed. Everyone isn't blonde. (Jan Griffiths.

I prefer the goth style. I never understood how the more average style is like. supposed to be better? It just looks so basic

they did a good job not making her look like a clown with the glow up, normally they do a awful job, she's stunning both ways

I think the look very much alike. Either she's handsome or he's pretty. Either way they both look great.

She's so pretty. What a shame that she makes herself up like she does. That goth look looks ridiculous.
