Meet some of our big spenders - what do they spent their money on? Taylor: -Some- of these kinds of wealthy people live very superficial lives. They don't want for anything but if they're unhappy via other things the money won't fulfil them. I don't about all of their back stories prior to becoming wealthy but I can understand the woman's with a husband and two children - she experienced the other side of life with her parents - it appears she had loving parents but just didn't want to live the struggle they had. She's more grounded than the others cause worked hard to rise above - she has children and married. She can have appreciation for what she has cause she understands what the other way of life is - hence why she donates clothing. As for her huge closet full of high dollar purses - she has more than enough - she could definitely spare to give more in my opinion - as much as she has in there - it could put some students thru college. Not everybody has natural ability to become wealthy - just like not everybody has natural talent to sing or play an instrument or compose music - some people are genius at calculating numbers etc. - there's -some- things that can not be taught to someone - they either have it or not. As far as they may go in trying to learn is the basics - that's their peek level.
No two people have the same brains and personality hence why each position in life is different for everybody - than take into consideration their upbringing.
We can have a person that was raised by adoptive parents - maybe not having the best home environment - but they excel in life - it's high probability their biological parent or one of the parents had a high IQ. I recall a story I'd watched 10 yrs ago - it was two twins that were adopted out by two sets of different parents in two different countries - many years later they united - both had same hair style - personality and were in the exact same kind of career - it proved to me genetics plays a big part in a lot of cases.
Anyways I don't know these people on a personal basis in video - whether or not they do donate a good portion or help others out without public knowing. Money is important to have in this world to survive - everyone's amount to have is a personal choice - I just know I've experienced both sides - I was never wealthy but I'll say it was great and I've also had to penny pinch - when I did live the life of having it never changed who I was - it just made it easier to afford things I enjoyed - made it easier to help my family - friends and others but it didn't take away childhood trauma - money won't heal old wounds - that's internal job done by the heart, spirit, therapy etc, money can afford one of the best therapists but to heal it can be done without it as there's so much resources online. Money can not fulfil or cure certain things in life. If a person has chronic depression - if it was there prior to becoming wealthy - it won't cure it - now if someone has depression from poverty - losing a home - job or in debt - the money will cure the depression - that type of depression is called - -Situational Depression- - caused by a situation and that situation was lack of money.
For all I know - this mother with a husband and children may host huge gatherings to give people opportunity to experience good times, maybe she gives things away she no longer wants or needs to them, maybe she helps with family, friends or strangers financial needs. There's nothing wrong with being wealthy - it's all in how the person perceives the money, how they value it and use it. There's plenty of people that aren't wealthy and mistreat money, use it for bad habits, use it to control people, etc. For every bad story told about someone with wealth - there's plenty of stories of money abused by someone that isn't wealthy.
With that said - we each get to decide what we define as success, wealth, contentment and happiness - if we're content no matter where or what we're doing - that's all that matters. We shouldn't never compare our lives to others - that's the worse thing to do for mental health, self esteem and defining happiness. It's all a personal definition and journey.
