My man is my motivation and everytime he works out he says he thinks of me I've lost thirty pounds my mans locked up he does burpees and a bunch of workouts and says he's always thinking of me so I get a great workout in hahaha my life aside it's always motivating to see hear others story and the accomplishment even if you lost a pound that's one less you had yesterday.

So absolutely proud of you and how much you-ve accomplished. I-ve been here thru it and seen the hard work, blood, sweat and tears that you-ve put into this journey. NO ONE can ever take that from you. Anyone who says that WLS is taking the easy way out, has not experienced or known someone who experienced it, because it is FAR from easy. Love you so much! ---

I get it girl, growing up I became overweight and would eat more food for pleasure and to fill the void. And whenever I was judged it became that food was the escape and had struggled with so much self esteem issues as a result. You are completely valid and glad your in a better place now

If only some of us could be lucky to afford it. I lost weight but I'll have to deal with the flabby skin even thiugh there's a six pack under it. I cant even afford good food now and if i didn't do my cheap resistance band exercises with no support from others id be really fat again

It's sad that we as a society have reached the point where videos like this have to be made so that people who have a similar problem can become aware, while basic education and proper nutrition should be a part of school and education.

i still eat spoon fulls of peanut butter but im skinny. i really think people have different genetics. i wish we didnt shame each other for peoples different body shapes. however i always hope people

I don-t know why she had weight loss surgery after losing 100lbs. Instead of continuing to lose weight on her own. I would think weight lose surgery would be done before losing any weight, not after.

If she lost weight progressively. In the time. And making some walking, biking, swimming. At her rhythm. She would never have all these melted skin who then necessites surgery

Luckily not everyone has to deal with loose skin after, i lost 100 pounds when i was 16 but thankfully i didn't have that issue.
