If I got someone asking me those question
I would find that person very rude and further I would take their rudeness as an indicator of symptoms of mental illness of them or a lack of ability to decide whether or not it's right to say.
But we all know that we all make mistakes all the time.
So it would be good for us to think twice and of why they did that so before judging them and leave.
Bye the way I'm wondering if there would be a chance to see Neil in a bright yellow shirt or bright blue shirt which would be awesome to see.
