The Xbox version got released in 2004 and does not have that content descriptor, but the PC version from 2007 does have it from ESRB. The PEGI rating does only contain the content descriptor -violence- for the PC and Xbox versions, as there's no nudity content descriptor.

The DSI halo game was a modded DSI game, not exact sure what it was again, I think it was a golden eye game, but basically it was modded to have textures that resembled halo, but at lot of people believed it because IGN uploaded it.
