Top 10 Facts - Space [Part 6] I have a story to do with this video. So around 11 months ago I was messing around with my lady, and this video just so happened to be on. We were getting to the deed and fact number 5 came on. Came back because today is our one year anniversary. Ill never be able to hear that clip again without thinking of this event

You can actually hear the -A- in -one small step for A man-. After the first few words, Neil said -for a man- a bit faster, and is hard to hear. But it is there, I think any English native speaker could have been more than able to hear it. Yet again, maybe back in the day the audio was not as clear as we hear it now.

I am a dance and theatre instructor, and seeing those astronauts running, jumping, and flipping around in the Skylab clip makes me want to choreograph a -space dance-. I envy the kind of freedom of movement they have in space so to speak. It must be an incredible experience for any astronaut.

7: 52 the happy birthday sounded so sad and creepy at the same time, just makes me think of an apocalypse and you're singing happy birthday to yourself reminiscing about the past
how the sound sounded like it was echoing just reminded me of how empty everywhere is. :(

It's so weird for me that the US spent so much money to get to Space first but after they reached that goal they were more focused on the military.
It is pretty sad now considering how much money the Military gets and that NASA barely gets the same luxury.

Absolutely saddened to hear we couldn't go to the moon with the soviets. Don't get me wrong I'm no commie but I feel as though we could've ended the cold war right there if we chose to put our differences aside for the betterment of mankind

I honestly think Neil Armstrong just barely (probably only audible to him) said -a- as he transitioned from for to man. Kinda like -fffooooooorrrrrammaaaannn- and he thought he pronounced it more than he did. Try it.

It is clear what humans could do if we worked together on a single goal. We were able to eradicate two diseases from ''the wild'', just imagine what would be possible if we worked together on space stuff then.

-11: 00 You can hear the -a- if you realize that he basically attaches the a to man -one small step for aaman-. He just said it weird in a nervous or stressed breath. It-s there.

-one small step fora man- makes sense considering his american accent. i think the quote makes sense either way. it's clear he was referring to himself in the first half

It's been over half a decade and still no planet x: / funny to watch these for the 4th time and realize hoe many things become obsolete and stay the same though

The died of JFK was so tragic and controversial. Many and even my self believe JFK would have been changed the world a better place but Fate says otherwise
reply

-if they are correct they could visually confirm it's existence in the next half decade-
-checks upload date-
welp guess they never found it

the fact that Kennedy was assassinated just after proposing a joint mission with the USSR gives me even more reason to believe the CIA was behind it

how are scientists gonna consider an object a planet when it orbits the sun very 15 thousand years but exclude pluto when its orbit is 248 years

That last point on history taking a different path with US and Soviets collaborating on moon landing. I am not crying, you are crying.
reply

So why your saying, is that if the us and ussr had collaborated on the space race. We might have a fully functional moon base by now
reply

Wanna give another thank you to the CIA for ruining human unity again and murdering one of the only presidents standing for it

Curiosity rover: -blasts happy birthday song on Mars. -
Yunyun: Finally, a worthy opponent. Our battle will be legendary.

You can hear the a in the recording of Armstrong. Listen closely, he says it quickly, almost like -fora- instead of -for a-.
reply

Lemmino has such a great selection on background theme, just so soothing, it might an OST, I can't seem to find it.
reply

I thought all NASA stuff was public domain. Even Neil Armstrongs famous recording on the surface of the moon. what!
reply

I think it says a lot about the core of humanity that we would care enough to have a rover sing happy birthday to itself
reply

why is the audio muted at 10: 14? i watched this video when you first released it and it was not like that.
reply

I believe Five saw that future 15: 34 and realized how bad it was that he went back in time and killed JFK
reply

I think I'm gonna write a story about what might happen if JFK lived long enough for USA/USSR cooperation in space
reply

That final fact just shows how spectacular of a president JFK was. Some people just didn't see it that way.
