Some details are incorrect. It wasn't just move your borders here or face war. USSR made an exchange offer - some land next to Saint Petersburg which Finland should provide for exchange to twice bigger land in Karelia. So it was not an ultimatum, it was an exchange offer. Or face war.

Sweden had prepared to go to war with Germany to liberate Denmark and Norway and had an army of 250 000 in 1945, so guessing that also played a role, they might actually gone into Finland now when they were prepared, compared to 1939 when Sweden was not
