I noticed that my weird signs just pop out of nowhere for the most part
I was just hanging out with my family last night, and out of thin air I just felt chilly and started rubbing my hands. I noticed my feet were also kinda frigid, so I lifted them on the couch and started rubbing them. My father asked if I was cold and I just said I feel cold, but my palms feel sweaty. He asked my mother to turn the heat up, and once it got warm (I couldn't tell because I was frigid) I was still freezing. He asked me to place my hands on his arm, and once he felt them he was like Man, you are cold. He asked my brother to do the same thing and he said Yours are okay. Definitely not as cold as your sister's.
The stomach problems come in at any point of the day, but are strongest while I'm eating. It interrups my appetite everyday and sometimes I even refrain from eating meals, like skipping out on dinner (which I've done more times than I can count.
I assumed my frequent yawning came from my problem with fatigue, but then I remembered that back when I was small, whenever I read out loud or talked, I felt like yawning all of the time (and I did. And it was embarrassing.
Out of nowhere one day, I found a crusty, itchy rash on my shoulder. About a week or two later I showed it to my father (because I forgot it was there after first seeing it) and he tried treating it on his own. He asked me how it got there and I just shrugged. Maybe I've been itching there for the longest and didn't notice, maybe I haven't.
I've always been a rather spacey kid, and I'm usually proud of it. Heck, I even bragged about being spacey to my best friend a few weeks back, saying it comes from having a vivid imagination and not having enough time out of the day to dream about them. I recently noticed, however, that it's been getting out of hand recently, and while I'm now able to catch myself, it doesn't stop it from occurring.
It's hard to explain, but I've definitely experienced phantom ringing. I keep thinking that my phone vibrated when it didn't. I always have my phone on silent, but usually I'll just forget and become disappointed when it's nobody.
Other things I've been experiencing are frequent headaches, throat or neck pains, fatigue, irritability, frequently feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from friends and family, shortness of breath, chest pains, the occasional cold leg that won't warm up for the life of it, blurred or double vision, ringing in the ears (usually so bad to the point where air can barely hear out of one of them) and so on. Can't remember the rest. Not saying these are also anxiety symptoms but you may never know.
Edit: JUST REMEMBERED A FEW OTHERS: memory loss, changing fingernails colors, and trouble reading and explaining my own emotions.

im always scared to go anywhere outside my house because i always feel like i'm going to die or something bad is going to happen. this might just be me being me, but i have two reasons for not meeting people, i just feel uncomfortable sometimes, and i also tend to have a more curvier body shape, and it makes me worried about perverts and stuff like that. and when i meet new people, i always think, what are they thinking? are they thinking i'm overweight? do they think i look ugly? are they dangerous? can i trust them? im scared to tell my family about any of my personal life, because i feel like there just going too hate me for it and kick me out or something. I always feel like its my fault, to everything, even if i dont now the situation, its my fault.
am i just overreacting?

was able to watch this video because I'm so bothered of having sweaty palms and the soles of my feet. I'm def sure it's not Hyperhidrosis, what's sure is that I have anxiety. I was actually finding some answers as to why this happens everytime I get an anxiety attack.
Was glad I was able to check on this vid and knew about the rashes and 'ringxiety'. I don't have any allergies but I tend to get rashes to the point of it getting my skin wounded. Also, the 'ringxiety', I thought my auditory hallucinations ARE BACK. Good thing I knew something about this phenomenon and got to confirm that my hallucinations aren't back as I thought.
Thank you, Psych2go!

my parents say I am too dramatic in every situation and is always trying to seek attention. coz of all this I don't tell anything to them. but sometimes I feel an uneasiness in my chest, my hands and feet become cold, my heart races so god damn fast accompanied by sweating and frequent rounds to washroom. and seeing all this I just cry effortlessly all this takes min 30 min to calm down and nowadays it is happing daily and also hampers my study as sometimes it happens in btw studying but no matter what I'll handle myself and be strong. btw I am just 16 yr old girl: (

Whenever i just got scared, i get really cold and sweaty and it stays like that for the rest of the day
Anyways here's what I have:
Cold limbs
Gas problems/urinating
Shaking
Stuttering/shaky voice
Biting nails
Sweaty palms/armpits
Fear of talking to people
Ex. Asking to use the bathroom in class
I only speak to my family members without difficulty (well, I do sweat sometimes and get cold but everything else is normal)
I hear footsteps, running etc.

I don't get rashes but does being itchy constantly count? I'm ALWAYS itchy unless I'm swimming. And the hotter it is outside, the worse it gets. I have more anxiety when I'm around people and feel pretty good when I'm alone but I'm still constantly itchy. And no, it's not dry skin, I put on plenty of lotion after showers and I shower plenty as well so I'm not dirty. I'm not allergic to my clothes or anything. So my guess would be anxiety but I'm not sure. Does anyone know?

About three years ago I had an extreme anxiety of strangers watching me through windows and then trying to murder me in some way (usually with a gun. I would avoid being in front of windows when it started to get dark which basically led to me just hanging out in the hallway of my house. Its gotten much batter tho and Im glad. I was quite young and still am so I kinda got rid of the worry as I got a bit older.

I always feel an intense headache and sometimes stomach ache when I have to give a presentation in class or have to audition for a play. I feel like one wrong move and Ill be laughed at
I cant count the number of times Ive had to leave the classroom because I either felt like I was gonna barf or because I was having a panic attack

Hi, Psych2Go
So I always get anxious when someone who I had complicated relationship with. I am sweating & my hands were cold and deep inside all of my negative thoughts about him is replaying.
I just want to ask if it is still normal or is it leading to anxiety(some symptoms were not present tho.
THANK YOU!

Its the summer time and ever since my cat, who Ive known my whole life had passed away Ive been having really bad anxiety. To the point where its constant.

this is why mental + physically health are actually sort of the same thing; I feel like their both different. But they both do have more in common then we think! Mental health is just as important as physical health cause if ones fragile or damaged the other weakens.

4: 12 I did something like that more than once and it was terrifying because it had never happened before. It was like I was about to faint at any moment and it was also like I was levitating and I dont know how to explain it but thats what it felt like to me

Oh man I realized that most of this stuff happens to me when Im at school. And it sounds like my not being in touch with reality and over active imagination Is something I do because of anxiety

The fact that I went from asking my best friends to not look at me and panic attacks if someone looked at me 8years ago to having literally zero friends today and zero social skills.

Anyone hates walking in front of the classroom just bc you feel like they are judging and then your mind starts panicking and you start to walk out as fast as you can?

Run away, have fear, pay attention to detail. I'm speaking of a disorder her like panic or ptsd which cause fear and avoidance for example. As well as sleep disruption.

I watched a lot of your videos, but something still not clear to me. I shiver from nothing, and someone told me it's because of anxiety. Is it true?
