When one has no more money, then what?
And when someone feels like he / she needs something to help him / her feel happy to be alive, you recommend they listen to some sad songs?
Coffee. And how about some advice for the people who'd rather take the for real path, instead of the artificial way of chemical crutches?
The only good thought that comes to my mind towards you in response to this video, for now, is that I appreciate your innocence.

I usually record my problems, literally. Record in voice recorder. I do not suggest it, but for me, it's effective.
Because I don't really have a friend, or that friend who could listen to me. I just end up using a recorder to tell my problems with. And hey! It's effective. For me, at least.

I agree with the tip Go for a walk. It's actually very effective. I don't like training and sweating, when I've tried it I stopped after a while. Someone may like it, I don't. But I can take an hour and a half slow walk and it makes me worry less and relax. And my night sleep approves.

I am happy when I am with people I care about. Sad music makes me more depressed and I can't stop crying because of how I'm lonely and sad feeling bad about myself dealing with ptsd and stress and anxiety from dealing with pain and suffering from trauma surgery causes me

Sometimes I take screenshots of my loved ones messages to me telling me they love me and other nice things. I don't do it everytime it happens obviously but If you ever have a dark day you can look at the screenshots and realise how loved you are

I try that whole go for a walk thing and I'm just walking while sad. I dont think theres any hope for me. A therapist gave up on me bc exercise wasnt gonna cure my depression. How can I even begin to do anything in this state?

Actually before watching this yesterday I went on a walk with the dog were watching with my family and before that I was really sad and I got really happy I had a smile on my face so I think that one works for sure!
