When collaborating or doing a group project, I tend to let my members bring out each of their opinions and ideas, and discuss about them.
After a considerable amount of thoughts, we polished them and agree altogether.
So many times where I see a group work where one is the leader and they pressured the others to follow their commands (it's not even considered bad, it's standard in my school to have the leader being dominant) and seeing them being so overwhelmed made me felt upset.
Glad I've got to show my teachers and friends that being a leadership is not about having control, but rather being free in expressing their thoughts and opinions.

socially geared for a single outcome,
when any response is made. No response, has been, for me powerful.
I remind myself that I am
responsible only for my actions
and words. I find many social
encounters hostile. I am a thin
skinned spectrum-autistic. I
found silent, while a poor defence,
does limit the amplification of
hostile actions. I remain the,
being kicked, dead dog.
I wish people would not view
people, as yell unknown as
threats. I am kind to excess,
and am assaulted for assumed
guilt and suspicion. Social
profiling of unknown as
automatically strange & BAD.

As a total introvert, I completely agree with everything mentioned in this video. Another thing about introverts is that, in written or typed word, we seem like extroverts. So, a lot of people we talk to online or through letters/cards whom we've never met face to face before probably mistake us for extroverts. I love having conversations with people online but dread having face to face conversations (or, really, having to say anything other than Hi) with people.

As a introvert not all are good with leadership i rather work alone since being in a group is very tiring especially since the members commonly fight a lot i rather on working alone since it will finish me faster than in a large group i avoid being with any groups but if i can't escape and have to be in a group i don't like being a leader since it will take a lot of responsibilities so i don't really relate on the last one

You got most of it right. The only part you didnt get right was that we listened better. It could just be my ADD but from personal experience we listen better when we arent talking to someone, but rather when they are talking to someone else. Again I dont know if its ADD mixing with being an introvert but it seems to work like that for me.

I'm not sure how 9 corresponds with being an introvert. I feel genuine terror at the thought of making a presentation, much less being a a leader, where I will be responsible for and will be looked up to by a number of people all of whom I'm gonna have to frequently interact with.

I love being an introvert. My best friend though is an extreme extrovert and she tries to make me extrovert but she doesnt get that I dont want to be one nor is my brain wired that way. Why do extroverts try to change us? We NEVER try to change them. She always thinks she's stronger emotionally but I also disagree.

Ok well there is one thing you got wrong keeping secrets, i am an extrovert and most of my friends are introverts and I know that all of the secrets that I told one of them but me and her are not friends anymore but she told all of my secrets so it really just depends on the person not if their an introvert or not

The worst thing I've experienced is a strange look when I speak and my voice is calm low pitch. I can actively listen an extrovert and manage their high speed conversation but extroverts seem very confused and bored when we talk. This has happened to me many times so I know what I'm talking about.

You act like you know everything about introverts, but you don't even know what triggered them to decide to become introvert like betrayal, always being ignored, to be treated as an last option or always being left out by people whom they choose to be with, family issues and most of all bullying.

I talk to myself so much that it's become a normal thing. At times I forget that people are around me when I talk to myself. It's like I have another person in my head. yh, the peak of loneliness. There's a reason I call myself Lonely Katsuki

Personally, i think Introverts are more calmer than their opposite counterpart, but can still be ticked off quite easily if you push em' too far. (Example: If you keep talking to them while they're trying to enjoy their alone time)

Number 2 is big, which is precisely why I dont trust most people as far as I can throw them. Especially not anymore. Even with good intentions people who are given to talk a lot end up blabbing and over-sharing eventually.

when, as an introvert, observe people on a party talking to each other I see only lumps of flesh with a hole in it where a lot of noise is coming out! Is this recognizable?

U. S. culture and other cultures have an unfair bias in favor of extroverts, but always remember you are wonderful just they way you are are as an introvert!

as a pretty big extrovert I can weirdly relate to this. I'm kind of loud with people I know but in public I just sit there not being able to talk with anyone.
