As a hopeless romantic I just feel like sometimes trying to find love these days feels like talking to a brick wall. it feels like unless you are mind blowingly good looking Chivalry doesnt matter and you have to come up with some elaborate answer to even get a girl slightly interested in wanting to even give you a chance to date them. Growing up in high school I was about a 8 in looks and I remember getting those looks and compliments from women and dating them but ever since Ive hit my 20s I look about average at a 6 and just dont get hardly any of the attention I use to and I really get down on myself I jog a lot and try to keep myself in shape after getting to a desirable weight after being on a weight loss journey. then you have all these guys sayin that we as men shouldnt date any girl because they are all toxic and Im like there has to be women out there that are sweet and kind and dont have really really high standards. honestly sometimes I just think it would be better if I stopped looking all together Im not looking for a girl whos a 10 in the looks department all I ask is that your around my level of attractiveness and are kind hearted.

but im gonna go on a rant bc i dont have anywhere else to go
every day, im constantly waiting and wishing for someone to just magically appear in my life and its tiring. i hate feeling jealous of everyone around me when they get in relationships but im the only one left alone. sometimes its nice constantly thinking about someone being in love with me and me reciprocating those feelings but most of the time it just feels lonely cause day dreaming is only day dreaming. i cant just snap my fingers and someone be next to me. every night i just cry about it, i cant tell anyone about how badly i just want someone to love me, i cant tell them how im constantly wishing it would happen bc they only tell me you just have to be patient. and im not patient which doesnt help anything. saying all of this makes me feel like im just being dramatic but im just so lonely my god. im exhausted and i just want someone to love me

I'm not inherently bad. I am an unlovable boy of course, but in my fantasies I can be kind and loving to a partner. Sometimes when I hold my pillow at night actually I think that, I am perfectly capable of caring for someone.
It's funny that when people see me on the street they get scared by how big tall and menacing I look, they switch sidewalk, but in my head I am actually daydreaming about kindness and getting hugged!

Because theres never been anyone who I care about at all. Its not like I have to feel sorry for myself but I do but really I just dont live in heaven or hell like most 99. 9% of people do. But what about that very rarest small amount 00. 1%? Do I really suck at living my dreams? Yes I do. Do I really love my life right now? But I saw it as an important holiday which is why I hated it so much. Like I thought of it as something that mattered alot to me but I was single so yeahhhh and I'm a fan of romance. And imperfections are perfect to me sometimes. And most of my focuses were on my love life. When they should've been financially and success much more.
